The Mission to San Francisco was the second mission for the Delta Squad that took place on Earth. After hearing reports of Naddist activity in San Francisco, the Delta Squad and Sydney Stockman went to investigate whether the locals were being paranoid or if these are really connections to the Naddists.

While landing, they receive a distress call from a Magrail Train, saying that someone was trying to blow it up. Syd drops off half the team while the other half takes care of the Cargo ships, while trying to get to the control room, they run into a bunch of Orion pirate mercenaries and Naddist Seijins.

They then discover that the train is rigged to explode when it enters the station. Eventually, the team manage to stop the train while the Hawks crew destroyed the cargo ships.
