Mr. Conductor's Paws and Tales is a crossover between Shining Time Station and Paws and Tales. It stars the main protagonists Mr. Conductor 1, 2 and 3 (all played by George Carlin, Alec Baldwin and Michael Brandon, respectively). Together, they will join C.J. Brown, Ned Cleaver, Staci Clemmer, Pinki Gongoozler, Marsha Moffet, and Paw Paw Chuck in their biblical adventures in Wildwood. Thomas Stories from Seasons 1-7 are to be used, but none from Seasons 8-onward or Jack and The Pack.

Episode 1: The Good Shepherd

  • We open this episode with The Conductors guiding a whole variety of Movix characters to Wildwood. They soon meet C.J., Ned, Staci, Gooz, Marsha and Paw Paw Chuck who all explain about God's lesson. Ash and Rikochet set to work as Shepherds while helping Ash's little sister Mary guide the Mareep. Along the way, the gang learn about all kinds of sheep. Thomas Gets Tricked and Percy and The Signal are told by Mr. Conductor 1.

Episode 2: A Good Foundation

  • Mel wants to show her friends how a clubhouse is built in an instant. Lori, Anna, Stella, and Carlos show up and Brock flirts with Stella, only to have Zuzu knock him to the ground with her fan. Along the way, Sylvester, Tom and Furrball accidentally mess up the drills and get flung over. James and The Queen of Sodor and Gordon and Spencer are told by Mr. Conductor 3.

Episode 3: High Noon

  • Ash is horrified to hear that A.J. is coming back for a match he won't forget. So the rest of the gang seek help from Julie's best friend Claire Perkins, who agrees to get to the bottom of this. Along the way, A.J. is revealed to have a Sandslash, just like his father Jenaro. Steam Roller and Bye George! are told by Mr. Conductor 1 and 2.

Episode 4: Tiffany Cometh

  • There is a new student in school named Tiffany Rockler, and she's ready to see Lexi Bunny. A jealous Ash must figure out a way to stop this racket, only if his old rival Ritchie will settle things right. Meanwhile, Dizzy, Yoshi and Slam are starved and find a stack of glazed doughnuts, so they eat them instantly. Thomas Saves The Day and Down The Mine are told by Mr. Conductor 1.

Episode 5: To Have and Give Not

  • Each of these girls have to give or not. But one day, things put both Lorelei and Jordan to the test. Pokemon Tech Student Joe comes over to visit Ash and agrees to work it out. Meanwhile, Team Rocket, The Greaser Dogs, The Thug Dolls, The Koopalings and The Brotherhood of Mutants are scheming to get rich. Twin Trouble and Buffer Bother are told by Mr. Conductor 2.

Episode 6: Grace To Hugh

  • Someone has set the fire on the mansion. It is up to Tigger, Private Ear to crack the case. They meet up with The Clue Club and Brock flirts with Pepper, only to have Zuzu drag him away. Alex and Peter both admit that Dotty can use her laptop anytime. Along the way, the culprit is revealed to be Ludo. Come Out Henry and Henry To The Rescue are told by Mr. Conductor 1.

Episode 7: Every Good Thing

  • In this Christmas Special, presents are disappearing all over Wildwood. So the gang seek help from The Shaman Boys who all agree to find the burglar. Along the way, they soon learn that it is The Beat Alls who took the presents. Snow and It's Only Snow are told by Mr. Conductor 2.

Episode 8: The Princess

  • Staci wants to be a princess, as do Mitchie, Amethyst, Charleigh and Madeline. So Kira, Angie, Alicia, Raymond, Aunt Annabelle, and Uncle Theodore arrive to visit the gang and agree to work it out. Meanwhile, Jessie and James' old rivals, Cassidy and Butch, are out to get the tiara. Trouble For Thomas and Percy Takes The Plunge are told by Mr. Conductor 1.

Episode 9: The Gift

  • Someone is making a crime and the gang are about to get under deep trouble. So they seek help from Lt. Felina Feral, Lt. Floyd Rogers, and their two children Erin Feral, who is about 11 years old, and Jerald Rogers, who is about 15-years-old. Together, they set out to find the real culprits, and it turns out to be Ken and Mary, members of the Pokemon Mystery Club. The Old Bridge and The Grand Opening are told by Mr. Conductor 3.

Episode 10: And Then There Were None

  • Hearing about King Arthur, everyone decides to make their own clubs. With the help of Ash and Brock's idols Rebecca Norman, Roxanne Rock, The Hex Girls and The Pussycats, they set out to find who's been disappearing in Wildwood. Afterwards, the culprits are none other than The Festival Crashers from the Wobbuffet Village. James In A Mess and Percy's Predicament are told by Mr. Conductor 1.

Episode 11: The Hullabaloo At Hunker Hill

  • It is the annual race of the year, and Ash has a challenge from his main rival, Gary Oak. So the gang help their old Kanto friend Lara Laramie make sure Ash will win the race. Meanwhile, Grim and his wife Hildy prepare for a welcoming surprise. Thomas and Bertie's Great Race and Henry and The Elephant are told by Mr. Conductor 1.

Episode 12: The Tribe

  • Lexi and her mean friends have a very good time in making tribes, leaving Ash humiliated. Luckily, Mikey and his older brothers Rainer, Sparky and Pyro arrive to make this deal. Along the way, we all learn that tribes can belong to girls. Middle Engine and A Bad Day For Harold are told by Mr. Conductor 2.

Episode 13: Correction Course

  • Panini is in a very bad mood, because she hates the way Jodelle and Megan argue. So Dr. Anna and Dr. Proctor show up to sort this incident out. Meanwhile, Jodie and her cronies are about to get Piglet. Bulls Eyes and Fish are told by Mr. Conductor 1.

Episode 14: A Race Against Time

  • Ash and Rikochet have to make errands as easy as possible. Sharon and Robert Hawkins arrive to visit Virgil and agree to help him and the rest. Meanwhile, Ralph and Cole become interested in errands. Rheneas and The Roller Coaster and The Runaway Elephant are told by Mr. Conductor 3.

  • Ash has gotten himself in great tooth pain. So the others seek help from Nurse Adele who secretly decides to make Ash feel better by bringing him to a dentist nearby. Along the way, Ash learns about toothaches. Thomas and The Conductor and A Cow On The Line are told by Mr. Conductor 1.

  • Amy is jealous when Fiona is chosen to become part of the challenges. So Kirk, Maria, and Richie Flowers arrive to make adjustments. Meanwhile, someone is about to appear. Jack Frost and Faulty Whistles are told by Mr. Conductor 2.

  • It seems that Tiffany is firing every student from class. But one day, she gets into trouble with Ash. The rest of the gang seek help from Seymour and Eve, who agree to work it out.   • Mel and Brittney have never been rich all the time. Meanwhile, Braggo, Chico and Blurt prepare for a scheme. Old Iron and Edward's Exploit are told by Mr. Conductor 1.

Episode 24: Miss Helga Grissel

  • Something very mean is coming over to school. Her name is Miss Helga Grissel, and she wants to make the students pay attention to her. So Misty seeks help from Miss Patricia Haruna and Mr. Marvin Redford, who both agree to get Miss Grissel fired. Thanks to the plan, everything returns to normal. Bulgy and Bulgy Rides Again are told by Mr. Conductors 1 and 3.

Episode 25: The Honey Buzz Principle

  • Bees are always buzzing about, much to Misty, Mel, Lily, Brianna, and Panini's dislike. So the gang help Commander Ulysses Feral and Commander Oliver Parker make the bees behave. Along the way, Puss discovers the secret of honey. Gordon Takes A Dip and James Goes Buzz Buzz are told by Mr. Conductor 1.

Episode 26: The Great Go Kart Race

  • The series finale finds Ash and Zak preparing for a Double Dash contest. Wilhomena, Steven, and Drew and Doc Saturday arrive to meet up with the others and agree to watch the race. With Ash and Zak against Goneff and Tyson, there's nothing they can lose to and they finally win the race. Harold and The Flying Horse and Hooray For Thomas are told by Mr. Conductor 3.
