Mr. Conductor Meets Captain N: The Game Master is a crossover series made by Pikachufreak. It stars Mr. Conductors 1, 2 and 3 (all from Shining Time Station, played by George Carlin, Alec Baldwin and Michael Brandon) who will join Kevin Keene, Duke, Megaman, Princess Lana, Kid Icarus and Simon Belmont in their virtual adventures. Thomas Stories from Seasons 1-7 may be used, but none from Seasons 8-Present.

Episode 1: Kevin In Videoland[]
- It happens with The Conductors taking Our Heroes, The Super Mario Crew, The Hoop Kids, Virgil, Richie, The WarioWare Gang, The Totally Spies, The Cardcaptor Girls, The Mew Mews, The Duelists, The Mascaritas, Team Sonic, The NT Warriors, Mystery Inc, The Shaman Boys, The Xiaolin Monks and The Loonatics to Kevin Keene's house. They find him with Duke. He is playing virtual games and he and the others get sucked into Videoland. When they find themselves at town, they meet Megaman, Princess Lana, Kid Icarus and Simon Belmont and Brock begins to propose to Lana, but Kaiba drags him out. Mr. Conductor 1 then tells Megaman the first Thomas Story entitled Thomas Gets Tricked. After it, Kevin takes the gang on a tour of Videoland, where they find Team Rocket and The Greaser Dogs who perform their signature mottos. Mother Brain appears and claims to be queen. Mr. Conductor 1 then decides to deal with her by telling the rest of The N Team the next Thomas Story entitled Percy and The Signal. After it, Mother Brain, Team Rocket and The Greasers are thrown out and The N Team are welcomed to the pack by The Conductors.

Episode 2: How's Bayou[]
- The N Team and The YTV characters are playing Bayou Billy when they get sucked into Bayouland. They meet up with The Pussycat Crew and Brock proposes to Josie, saying that he'll never fear for her, but Kaiba drags him out. Daphne admits that Josie wears pink pantyhose, as Mr. Conductor 2 then tells her the first Thomas Story entitled Toby and The Flood. After it, Josie takes the gang on a tour, where they suddenly find Petra Fina, Dino Fishman and Principal Mite. Yugi has remembered his encounter with Petra, and Mr. Conductor 2 then tells Our Heroes the next Thomas Story entitled Rusty and The Boulder. After it, Petra, Dino and Mite are kicked out and Josie thanks the gang.

Episode 3: The Most Dangerous Game Master[]
- The N Team and The YTV characters discover that Mike Vincent is bullying Kevin. In order to avoid him, they meet up with The Star Fox Team who explain that they will help. Both Scooby and Shaggy admit that Fox has been cool, and Mr. Conductor 1 then tells both him and Falco the first Thomas Story entitled Gordon Takes A Dip. After it, Fox takes the gang on a tour, where they find Star Wolf. They all explain that victory is within reach, but Fox refuses, as Mr. Conductor 1 then tells The Super Mario Crew the next Thomas Story entitled James Goes Buzz Buzz. After it, Star Wolf get thrown out and Fox thanks the gang.

Episode 4: Videolympics[]
- The N Team and The YTV characters prepare for the annual olympics. They meet up with Sonia and Manic and Sonic is glad to see the two. Sonia then explains that the olympics will begin as Mr. Conductor 3 then tells her and Manic the first Thomas Story entitled Edward's Brass Band. After it, the olympics begin and the gang are in a double dash race, until they run into The Kanker Sisters, Eddy's worse enemies. Lee explains that all racers will be disqualified, but Sonia declines as Mr. Conductor 3 then tells The Hoop Kids the next Thomas Story entitled Best Dressed Engine. After it, The Kankers are thrown out and the double dash race resumes, then Ash and Kevin Keene win first place and Sonic thanks Sonia and Manic.

Episode 5: Mega Trouble For Megaland[]
- As we continue with part two, The N Team and The YTV characters are enjoying a break. They meet up with The Chan Clan and Brock proposes to Suzie and Anne, but Kaiba drags him out. Daphne admits that Suzie, like Josie, wears her pink pantyhose and Mr. Conductor 1 then tells both Henry and Stanley the first Thomas Story entitled Thomas and The Conductor. After it, Henry takes the gang on a tour, where they find Megaland being invaded by The Wolfpack. Vin explains that Megaland will be conquered with Sacred Treasures, but Al wouldn't let him, as Mr. Conductor 1 then tells both Virgil and Richie the next Thomas Story entitled A Cow On The Line. After it, The Wolfpack are thrown out and The Sacred Treasures are safe. Then, Henry thanks the others.

- The N Team and The YTV characters discover a lamp. So they take it to The Arabian Gang and Brock proposes to Jasmine, but Kaiba drags him out. Aladdin explains that he will grant a wish, and Mr. Conductor 2 tells him the first Thomas Story entitled No Sleep For Cranky. After it, Aladdin takes the gang on a tour, where they encounter Jafar. He explains that he will steal the lamp, but Aladdin doesn't want him as Mr. Conductor 2 then tells The WarioWare Gang the next Thomas Story entitled Edward The Really Useful Engine. After it, Jafar is kicked out and Aladdin thanks the gang.

Episode 7: Three Men and A Dragon[]
- The N Team and The YTV characters discover a dragon whilst in the Dragonlord game. They meet up with The Phantom Investigators who all explain that they will help. Mr. Conductor 1, admitting that Daemona's famous, tells her the first Thomas Story entitled Percy Runs Away. After it, Daemona takes the gang on a tour of dragons, where they suddenly find The Trix. They all explain that their key is to capture the dragon, but Daemona declines as Mr. Conductor 1 then tells The Totally Spies the next Thomas Story entitled Percy, James and The Fruitful Day. After it, The Trix are kicked out and Daemona thanks the gang.

Episode 8: Mr. and Mrs. Mother Brain[]
- The N Team and The YTV characters are shocked to hear that Mother Brain is going to fall in love with Simon. In order to avoid this, they meet up with The Muscle League who explain that they will seek help. Mr. Conductor 1 tells Kid Muscle the first Thomas Story entitled James Learns A Lesson. After it, The Muscle League take the gang on a tour to break the spell, where they suddenly find The Alpha Gang. They all explain that Mother Brain will be torn apart, but the others refuse, as Mr. Conductor 1 then tells The Cardcaptor Girls the next Thomas Story entitled Foolish Freight Cars. After it, The Alpha Gang are thrown out and the spell breaks, thanks to Ashley. Then, Kid Muscle thanks the gang.

Episode 9: Nightmare On Mother Brain's Street[]
- The N Team and The YTV characters are playing Wizards and Warriors when they get sucked into the nightmare zone. To make up for lost time, they meet up with The Powerpuff Girls who explain that they will help. Both Virgil and Richie admit that Blossom is the leader, and Mr. Conductor 3 then tells her the first Thomas Story entitled Percy Gets It Right. After it, Blossom takes the gang on a tour, where they encounter The Rowdyruff Boys. They all explain that they want fame, but Blossom refuses as Mr. Conductor 3 then tells The Mew Mews the next Thomas Story entitled Oliver The Snow Engine. After it, The Rowdyruff Boys are thrown out and The Powerpuff Girls thank the gang.

Episode 10: Simon The Ape Man[]
- The N Team and The YTV characters discover that apes are going amok. To make up for their attitudes, they meet up with the cast of Donkey Kong Country. Donkey Kong explains that all people will be going bananas, and Mr. Conductor 1 then tells him the first Thomas Story entitled James In A Mess. After it, Donkey Kong takes the gang on a tour, where they find King K. Rool. He explains that he will curse the men, but Donkey Kong refuses and Mr. Conductor 1 tells The Duelists the next Thomas Story entitled Percy's Predicament. After it, King K. Rool is sent packing and Donkey Kong thanks the others.

- The N Team and The YTV characters find that kings come in handy. They meet up with The Butterfly Family who explain that they will seek help. Mr. Conductor 2, admitting that Star and Moon are both sisters, tells them the first Thomas Story entitled Gordon Takes A Tumble. After it, Star takes the gang on a tour, where they find The Eggman Corp. Eggman explains that he will set his lives, but Sonic declines and Mr. Conductor 2 then tells The Mascaritas the next Thomas Story entitled Dunkin' Duncan. After it, The Eggman Corp are sent packing and Star thanks the gang.

- The N Team and The YTV characters are horrified when Mother Brain lures them into a trap. In order to get out of this muddle, they meet up with Doug Funnie and Skeeter Valentine who both explain that they will help. Sakura and Madison then admit that Doug and Skeeter wear Disney outfits, and Mr. Conductor 1 then tells them the first Thomas Story entitled Thomas Goes Fishing. After it, Doug and Skeeter take the gang on an escape, where they find Roger M. Klotz. He explains that he will tear down Mother Brain, but Doug refuses and Mr. Conductor 1 then tells Team Sonic the next Thomas Story entitled A Scarf For Percy. After it, Roger is thrown out and Doug and Skeeter thank the gang.

- The N Team and The YTV characters find that it's Megaman's birthday. So they meet up with Sal and Miyu who both explain that they will help. Admitting that Sal and Miyu are a pair, Mr. Conductor 2 tells them the first Thomas Story entitled Middle Engine. After it, Sal and Miyu take the gang on a tour, where they find Mr. Wily. He hardly explains that he will start his conquer, but Lan declines as Mr. Conductor 2 then tells the other NT Warriors the next Thomas Story entitled A Bad Day For Harold. After it, Mr. Wily is kicked out and Sal and Miyu thank the others.
