Mr. Conductor Meets Flint The Time Detective is Pikachufreak's twenty second Mr. Conductor's Adventures series. It stars Mr. Conductor (from Shining Time Station, played by George Carlin). The small person will join Flint Hammerhead, Sarah Goodman and Tony Goodman in their time travelling adventures. Only Thomas Stories from Season 1-7 may be used, but not stories from Season 8-Present. This is a crossover between both Shining Time Station and Flint The Time Detective.

Episode 1: Hammerhead Rock[]
- The episode starts with Mr. Conductor, Ash, Brock, Ralph, Nelson, The Poke Scouts, The Eevee Brothers, The Kimono Sisters, The Backstreet Animals, Timon, Pumbaa, The Sailor Scouts, The Z Fighters, The Time Squad, Mystery Inc, The Ed Boys, The Ninja Turtles, Team Urameshi, The Time Warp Trio, The Chan Clan, The Biker Mice, Mordecai and Rigby arriving at the Goodman lab. There, they meet Flint Hammerhead, Sarah Goodman and Tony Goodman who all explain that they are Time Detectives. Ash is glad Flint is a caveboy and admits that he and his father Rocky Hammerhead are part of the cavemen family. Mr. Conductor then tells The Time Detectives the first Thomas Story entitled Thomas Gets Tricked. After it, The Time Detectives guide the gang on a tour, where they encounter Team Rocket and The Greaser Dogs, who both perform their mottos. Petra Fina, Dino Fishman and Principal Mite show up and Flint is shocked to see Petra. Mr. Conductor then has to tell Ash, Brock, Ralph and Nelson the next Thomas Story entitled Percy and The Signal. After it, Team Rocket and The Greasers are sent packing along with Petra Fina, Dino Fishman and Principal Mite and Mr. Conductor then welcomes The Time Detectives to the team.

Episode 2: Jitterbug[]
- The Time Detectives, Ash, Brock, Ralph, Nelson, The Poke Scouts, The Eevee Brothers, The Kimono Sisters, The Backstreet Animals, Timon, Pumbaa, The Sailor Scouts, The Z Fighters, The Time Squad, Mystery Inc, The Ed Boys, The Ninja Turtles, Team Urameshi, The Time Warp Trio, The Chan Clan, The Biker Mice, Mordecai, Rigby and Mr. Conductor are on their first mission when they arrive in A.D. 2nd. Whilst The Longstocking and Blonde Sisters, dressed in Princess and Sailor outfits, are shoelessly brushing their cats, Ash and the boys meet Queen Himiko and Nashimi and Brock flirts with both of them, only to have Fred pull him away. Himiko explains that she wants to retrieve Jitterbug and Mr. Conductor then tells her and Nashimi the first Thomas Story entitled The World's Strongest Engine. After it, Himiko and Nashimi guide the boys on a tour, where they run into The Poke Bosses and The Alpha Gang. They both explain that Jitterbug belongs to them, but Nashimi refuses. Back on the other side, Mr. Conductor tells the other scouts the next Thomas Story entitled Thomas and The Jet Engine. After it, The Poke Bosses and The Alpha Gang are sent packing and Jitterbug is retrieved. Then, Himiko and Nashimi both thank the boys.

Episode 3: Eldora[]
- The Time Detectives, Ash, Brock, Ralph, Nelson, The Poke Scouts, The Eevee Brothers, The Kimono Sisters, The Backstreet Animals, Timon, Pumbaa, The Sailor Scouts, The Z Fighters, The Time Squad, Mystery Inc, The Ed Boys, The Ninja Turtles, Team Urameshi, The Time Warp Trio, The Chan Clan, The Biker Mice, Mordecai, Rigby and Mr. Conductor travel to 794 A.D. to rescue Eldora, a Time Shifter. However, they get caught by the European Explorers and are taken as prisoners. Soon, they encounter The Kanker Sisters who are seen with The European Explorers. Lucas arrives and Mr. Conductor tells him the first Thomas Story entitled Rheneas and The Roller Coaster. After it, Lucas guides the gang to where The Kankers are. When they find them, Eddy angrily orders them to leave everything alone. Mr. Conductor then tells Mikey and His Brothers the next Thomas Story entitled The Runaway Elephant. After it, The Kankers are sent packing and Lucas thanks the gang.
