Narrator: "Peter Pan had been to Neverland to be healed. Some Troublesome hunters tricked him, and the Neverland Man fell into the turntable well.
Now, Peter Pan was as good as new, but he was still worried about Hunters."
Peter Pan: "I'd rather not use them."
Narrator: "He said to himself.
But the Hunters sang songs rude and loud.
Prince John, their leader, led the chorus."
Prince John and Hunters: "Peter Pan's no use at all, thinks he's very clever, says that he can manage us, that's the best joke ever! When he orders us about, with the greatest folly, we just push him down the well, Pop! goes old Peter!"
Narrator: "Mickey, Jiminy and Piglet were shocked."
Mickey, Piglet, and Jiminy: "Be quiet!"
Narrator: "They ordered.
But they couldn't be everywhere, and everywhere they weren't, the Hunters began again."
Prince John and Hunters: "Peter Pan's no use at all, thinks he's very clever, says that he can manage us, that's the best joke ever!"
Narrator: "At last, the Disney characters gave up.
Mickey, Piglet, and Jiminy: "We're sorry, Peter."
Narrator: "They said."
Peter Pan: "It's really my fault."
Narrator: "Said Peter Pan sadly
Peter Pan: "I shouldn't have fallen in the turntable well.
Narrator: "Mr. Toad, the toad, felt sorry for Peter, too.
Next morning, he spoke to Raccoon Twin #2."
Mr. Toad: "I'm worried, Mr. Racoon Twin #2, this disrespect for Neverland Men. When is it going to end?"
Raccoon Twin #2: "Who knows?"
Narrator: "Sighed Raccoon Twin #2."
Mr. Toad: "I've got a plan, Mr. Raccoon Twin #2. May I stay here today and help Mr. Peter? We are both Disney Characters, and must stand together."
Raccoon Twin #2: "Of course, Mr. Toad."
Narrator: "Replied Raccoon Twin #2, and puffed away.
Soon, Mr. Toad was explaining his plan."
Jiminy: "Goodness gracious, Mr. Toad, I don't think you should suggest such a ting to Peter!"
Narrator: "But Peter interrupted."
Peter Pan: "No, Jiminy, Mr. Toad's right, It's really my fault. I must put this trouble right!"
Mr. Toad: "I meant no disrespect, you understand."
Peter Pan: "Of course not, Mr. Toad. Anyway, Animator says the same, and he's arranged it with the stationmaster."
Jiminy: "Very well, Peter."
Narrator: "Concieted Jiminy."
Jiminy: "But I must hurry, my passengers will be waiting. Good luck!"
Peter Pan: "So long!"
Narrator: "Smiled Peter bravely, but he felt dreadfully nervous inside.
Peter marshalled the worst Hunters two by two."
Mr. Toad: "That's the way, Mr. Peter."
Narrator: "Whispered Mr. Toad."
Mr. Toad: "And if you leave that Prince John till' last, you can have him behind you, and you can bump him if he stars his nonsense."
Prince John: "Hold back, hold back!"
Narrator: "Whispered Prince John."
Prince John: "And pass the word to the others."
Narrator: "The silly Hunters giggled.
But Peter knew what to do. There was plenty of sand on the ground, and his feet gripped splendidly. He gave a great heave."
Prince John: "Oh!"
Narrator: "Groaned Prince John!
Prince John: "I don't like this!"
Jiminy: "Go it!"
Narrator: "Yelled Jiminy."
Jiminy: "Well done, boy, well done!"
Prince John: "Oh!"
Narrator: "Wailed Prince John."
Prince John: "Oooh!
I'm coming apart!"
Narrator: "And he did.
Then there was trouble."
Professor Porter: "Well, Peter, so you don't know your own strength. Is that it?"
Peter Pan: "N-no, Sir."
Narrator: "Said Peter nervously.
Professor Porter inspected Prince John."
Professor Porter: "As I thought. Rotten fur, rusty bones. Maybe if we put you back together, you'll earn yourself a better name."
Narrator: "Nowadays, Peter only takes the Hunters when the other Disney characters are busy.
But they're always quick to warn each other,"
Hunters: "Take care with Mr. Peter. If you play tricks on him, you'll never be the same Hunter again!"
Narrator: "Prince John has learned his lesson, and says nothing at all."
