Pokémon TCG: Diamond & Pearl - Mysterious Treasures will be the eighteenth Pokémon Trading Card Game set when released by Pokémon USA, Inc. in October 2007. The set is based on the three lakes of Sinnoh and the Pokémon that rest there: Wisdom Lake, home of Yuxie; Aspiration Lake, home of Agnome; and Trust Lake, home of Emrit. It is also based on the new Fossil Pokémon, Trideps and Rampard.

Types of PokémonEdit

Pokémon Level XEdit

Pokémon Level X are stronger versions of another levelled Pokémon. For example, a Booburn Lv.48 is not as powerful as a Booburn Lv.X. Pokémon can only 'level up' whilst active, and because they have the same name only four of any type can be allowed in a deck (for example, two Booburn Lv.48 and two Booburn Lv.X).

Integrated Pokémon ToolsEdit

Integrated Pokémon Tools are a new mechanic to the Pokémon Trading Card Game. Whereas Pokémon Tool Trainer cards are attached to a Pokémon by the player, some Pokémon now have integrated Tools (such as certain berries) that can be used.

Fossil PokémonEdit

Fossil Pokémon are known in the videogames from being ressurected from fossils found by the protagonist. Four new Pokémon cards appear that evolve from Fossils are present in the set - Zugaidos, Rampard (Helmet Fossil), Shieldon and Trideps (Shield Fossil).
