Proposal: It is proposed that a falsifiable test for the hypothesis that Astrology is a valid determiner of personality be put together, inviting local astrologers to give their input and subject themselves to the test. The basis of the test is to, with the assistance of psychologist, create a matrix of personality traits and assign a score to these (a scale of 1 to 9). This is then followed by asking the astorloger to plot a person's personality on the matrix based upon a time and place of birth.
At the same time, the same form will be filled in by the person in question, as well as one close family member and one close friend. The comparison of the scores should enable us to determine the level of accuracy for astrology.
Date proposed: 24 October 2006
