Novebruary is the new month in which the number of the month matches the day of the month. The derivation of the name is a portmanteau of the months "November" and "February". Like February, the first R is silent. Novebruary is a popular time in some cultures to exchange gifts, consummate, and visit imprisoned relatives (sometimes all three!). A day of Septogust occurs when a day in Novebruary falls on a matching year, for example, Septogust 7th is the same as Novebruary 7th, 2007. Fun fact: the Beijing Olympics started on Septogust 8th.
