O-Canon3 (alternatively Omega-Cannon3) is arguably the best Program Advance available in the series, due to its immense power and relative ease in accessibility. Made up of five M-Cannon chips, O-Canon3 has the potential to do over 1000 damage if executed properly.
Along the same vein is the rest of the Omega series, O-Canon3 allows the user to fire with the chip that makes it up (here, M-Cannon) for 10 seconds.
The most powerful of the Cannons, O-Canon3 fires a shot forward into the first enemy in the way, for a staggering 120 damage per hit.
