Octan Agent Barry works for Octan. He wears a black wig and has thin cheeks. He is the one who sells the weapons to Wedneswing in Episode 4, and in Episode 5 along with Octan Agent Larry he kidnaps Sam Grant's family. Octan agent Barry faces PC Scuzz in the final showdown. Octan Agent Barry is sucked through the dimension portal thanks to Ace Grant and it is unknown what happened to him after that or which dimension he is in.
