Open source law
Open source law is project initiated by Martin von Haller Groenbaekto creative an online treatise on applied onpen source law.
The treatise will deal with legal issues surrounding the use of open source software by private individuals, by companies and in the public sector. The perspective will be that of not only a developer or licensor of open source software but also that of solution provider who will often sell IT solutions to customers that integrate open source software licensed by a third party, "closed" source software as well as code developed by the the solution provider itself tailored specifically to meet the needs of the customer.
