Operation: Helter Skelter

The Whisker State Revolt (commonly known as Operation: Helter Skelter) was a series of campaigns by the Coalition of Free Planets, the New Republic, and the Whisker State to gain the Whisker State its freedom and topple Grand Kaiser Bob's Solar Empire. Although the rebelling side was looking for a major fight, Bob retreated after the first few ships detonated, and it continued briefly onward, sparking a yet-to-be-done contest over Flower's territory and the creation of the Empire of the Crimson Sky.

[edit] The Plan Forms
After learning of the Massacre on Kashyyyk (which was under the supposed control of Grand Admiral Roach when Flower had claimed it early in the war), Flower became disgruntled with the Solar Empire. He started talking with Admiral Reynolds about a faction change, which then led to talks of the entire Whisker State changing their guard, and finally an entire SE revolt.
Flower began talking around. He didn't need to talk to Kinkajouluver, since she didn't come on in about 5 months. ArbiterOnyx95 (who had switched over to the SE after the Wyvern Dragons deaths) agreed, and AdmiralAckbar all too willingly agreed.
The New Republic also agreed to help under dire circumstances, but the dire circumstances part was dropped.
Although initally AR had been banned from the board, he did get back in time for the operation.

Flower began the operation by moving into position over his base planet, the Kalahari, which at the time was loaded with SE ships. He said the code phrase, and AR replied to it. He opened fire on the nearest SE ships, instantly destroying them.
Ironically, although a large war was expected, Bob retreated within seconds of the fight.
[edit] The Retaliation
The SE acted quickly to fight back. Bob moved a flotilla of SE ships over the Kalahari in a feeble attempt to eerkat race. This was halted rather quickly upon terms of a challenge, set by s-t-n. This challenge has yet to be done.
Most of the fighting was halted when Flower unleashed the Sun Crusher over Bastion. Bob made an attempt to exterminate the meerkat race again, but was thwarted when he was accused of God Modding.

The Whisker State joined the COFP.
Bob had surrendered(Not really, Flower revolted and SE did not really contest) his territory over to Flower and started the Empire of the Crimson Sky.

- There are several Beatles references in the operation. The name comes from the Paul McCartney White Album piece "Helter Skelter," while the code word that triggered the revolt comes from "Girl."
