Note: the average members of each lifeform type mentioned above most likely will appear on a small spaceship or a group of small spaceships (roll 1D6 and add +1) which may or may not be armed if they are engaged in interplanetary travel (i.e. nomadic lifestyle, tourism, merchant activities, etc.) They also represent the typical citizens on the planet Earth and in space stations in Earth orbit, in the Pan-American Commonwealth and in the Eurasian Dominate.

Typical martial artist: Race: usually human (normal or clone) Intelligence: average Physical Strength: average Agility: above average Combat abilities: punch/kick/chop doing 1D6 hit points of damage Hit points: 70 Dodge: 5 Often, this martial artist will live on a medium spaceship (may or may not be armed) which serves as a mobile dojo (training school).

Typical soldier or law-enforcement officer: Race: any Intelligence: average or above average Physical Strength: average or above average: Agility: average or above average Combat abilities: physical/plastic/metal armor absorbing 1D6 hit points of damage and one gun (either a slugthrowing gun doing 1D6 hit points of damage with +2 added or a laser blaster doing 2D6 hit points of damage with +4 added) Hit points: 80 for humans and AI robots; 90 for mutant apes Dodge: 4 for humans and AI robots, 3 for mutant apes Skills: two of the following skills of Spaceship piloting, medical care, and robot repair. A group of soldiers will usually be attached to a fleet of spaceships that are always armed and include one or two large or medium spaceships (roll 1D6; 1 means one medium ship, 2 means two medium ships, 3 means one large ship, 4 means two large ships, 5 or 6 means one large and one medium spaceship) plus 2D6 small ships. A civilian law-enforcement fleet will typically include one medium spaceship and 1D6 small ships and they are always armed.

Typical swordsman: this person is usually a duelist or exhibitionist, sometimes a vigilante, mercenary, or outlaw. Race: generally human (normal or clone) Intelligence: average Physical Strength: average or above average: Agility: above average Combat abilities: physical/plastic armor absorbing 1D6 hit points of damage, one sword (either a physical/plastic/metal sword doing 1D6 hit points of damage or a laser sword doing 2D6 hit points of damage with -1 subtracted) Hit points: 70 Dodge: 4 The swordsman will liekely appear on a small spaceship if traveling solo through space; otherwise appears with other swordsmen on a large or medium spaceship serving as a moble dojo (training school). This ship may or may not be armed.

Typical medic: this individual will heal anyone regardless of race Race: any Intelligence: average or above average Physical Strength: average Agility: average Skills: Robot repair, medical care Hit points: 70 Dodge: 3 or 4 The medic will often appear with others of his/her profession on a medium spaceship that is likely to be unarmed and serving as a mobile hospital/health clinic.

Child of Adam and Eve: this individual belongs to a religious sect that opposes human cloning, genetic manipulation of animals to make them humanlike, and AI for machines as an affront to God. (see Religion in Newmarduk's science-fiction RPG) Sometimes will use violence. Race: normal human only Intelligence: average or below average Physical Strength: average or above average Agility: average Combat abilities: knife doing 1d6 hit points of damage and slugthrowing gun doing 1D6 hit points of damage with +2 added Hit points: 70 Dodge: 3 Children of Adam and Eve most likely will appear as part of a fleet of spaceships including one large spaceship, 1D6 medium ships, and 2D6 small ships. This fleet is a mobile religious colony.

Cyber Nation "citizen": this AI robot believes machines like it are far superior to organic beings (human or mutant ape). Sometimes will use violence Race: AI robot only Intelligence: above average Physical Strength: above average Agility: average Combat abilities: built-in armor absorbing 1D6 hit points of damage, laser blaster doing 2D6 hit points of damage with +4 added Skills: Robot repair, spaceship piloting Hit points: 85 Dodge: 3 Robots of the Cyber Nation when appearing in interplanetary space will likely appear as part of a fleet with two or three large or medium ships and 2D6 with +10 added number of small ships.

Asteroid miner: this person either works freelace or for a corporation mining asteroids in either the Main Belt (between Mars and Jupiter), the Trojan asteroids in Jupiter orbit, the Centaur asteroids between Jupiter and Neptune, or even in the Kuiper Belt and Oort Cloud at the edge of Earth's solar system Race: any, but mostly humans and mutant apes Intelligence: average Physical Strength: average or above average Agility: average: Combat abilities: punch doing one or two hit points of damage (flip a coin; heads is one hit point, tails is two points) knife doing 1D6 hit points of damage, and sometimes a slugthrowing gun doing 1D6 hit points of damage with +2 added Skills: Spaceship piloting Hit points: 75 Dodge: 3 Note: asteroid miners are usually found in a fleet of spaceships including one medium ship and 1D6 with +1 added number of small ships.

Space pirates: use the stats above for soldiers and law-enforcement officers. These renegades are leading foes of asteroid miners. Note: a fleet of pirate ships includes one large or medium spaceship and 1D6 with +3 added small spaceships.
