Percy's Promise and Other Thomas Stories is Steamie92's fan-fiction Thomas VHS/DVD Release featuring four Season 3 episodes and three Season 4 episodes narrated by George Carlin. This is distributed by Video Treasures in 2000, Strand VCI Entertainment in 2001, Strand Home Video in 2002, Time-Life Video in 2003 and Anchor Bay Entertainment in 2004.
