Welcome to the Phonetic Language Scratchpad Wiki! This experimental language is an idea for an international language. With this language, the learning of vocabularies must become easy for anyone in the world. Volapük, Esperanto etc. have an easy grammar, but the vocabularies are only as easy as Spanish or French ones(the difference: no irregular verbs and adjectives, no gender). The idea of the Phonetic Language is to make them understandable with its pronounciation. Isn't it nice?
