Plot

• The show resolves on Ash Ketchum. He lives in Puzzle League Village with his partner Pikachu, his younger sister Mary, his mother Wilhelmina and his grandmother Agatha. He faces his 14 opponents including Gary Oak, Brock, Misty whose partner is Togepi, Lt. Surge, Erika, Koga, Sabrina, Blaine, Tracey Sketchit, Team Rocket whose partner is Wobbuffet, Giovanni, Ritchie, Lorelei and Bruno, he faces all 12 new characters like Sissy, Danny, Rudy, Luana, Falkner, Bugsy, Whitney, Morty, Chuck, Jasmine, Pryce and Clair and he also faces 4 bosses like Damian, Alex Davis, Koji and Ken. He also meets 5 Fusion crew members like Ralph, Nelson, Duplica, Casey and Benji and has a crush on Bailey whose fellow Poke Scout friends are Marina, Krystal, Chigusa and Rebecca. He also has all 36 new opponents like Kevin Whitney, Joey Wheeler, Goku, Mitchie Ohara, Skeeter Valentine, Kimiko Tohomiko, Zak Saturday, Lexi Bunny, Shaggy Rogers, Riff Raff, The Greaser Dogs, Dr. Eggman, Eddy, Sam Simpson, Virgil Hawkins, Meilin Rae, Presley Carnovan, Scott Jones, Molly Wei, Miguel Santos, Kwame, Suzanna, Alexander Cabot, Joe Arthur, Will Vandom, Agent J, Becky Botsford, Chazz Princeton, Iggy Koopa, Ben Tennyson, Jack Spicer, Patrick Star, Rex Salazar, Zoe Drake, Maylu Sakurai and Kuzco and there's also Whitney's older sister Tierra, Meilin's best friend Madison Taylor, Koga's younger sister Aya whose best friends are Satsuki and Charmaine and Will's fellow guardians Irma Lair, Taranee Cook, Cornelia Hale and Hay Lin. Premiering on September 13, 1997, the series is produced by Warner Bros Animation. It is currently in its 17th Season and shown on Cartoon Network.
