Pop Goes the Monty is the 12th episode of the second season of Buster the Bunny and Friends, and the 38th episode overall. It is a parody of the Thomas and Friends episode Pop Goes the Diesel.

TranscriptEdit

Narrator: "Furrball is proud of being a cat. He boasts endlessly about it, but he works hard, too, and makes everything go like clockwork. It was a splendid day.

The Perfectoids and swans behaved well, the passengers even stopped grumbling, but the animals didn't like having to bustle about."

Furrball: "There are two ways of doing things,"

Narrator: "Furrball told them."

Furrball: "The cat way, or the wrong way. I'm a cat, and..."

Rotor, Knuckles, and Plucky: "Don't we know it!"

Narrator: "They groaned.

The animals were glad when a visitor came.

He purred smoothly towards them. King Acorn introduced him."

King Acorn: "Here is Montana Max. I have agreed to give him a trial. He needs to learn, please teach him, Furrball."

Montana Max: "Good Morning."

Narrator: "Purred Monty in an oily voice."

Montana Max: "Pleased to meet you, Furrball. Is that Plucky, and Rotor, and Knuckles too? I am delighted to meet such famous animals."

Narrator: "The silly animals were flattered."

Hamton, Plucky, Rotor & Knuckles: "He has very good manners."

Narrator: "They murmured."

Hamton, Plucky, Rotor & Knuckles: "We are pleased to have him in our yard."

Narrator: "Furrball had his doubts."

Furrball: "Come on!"

Narrator: "He said. Monty purred after him."

Montana Max: "Your worthy king..."

Furrball: "King Acorn to you!"

Narrator: "Ordered Furrball.

Monty looked hurt."

Montana Max: "Your worthy King Acorn thinks I need to learn. He is mistaken. We rich humans don't need to learn. We know everything. We come to a yard and improve it. We are revolutionary."

Furrball: "Oh?"

Narrator: "Said Furrball."

Furrball: "If you're revo-thingummy, perhaps you would collect my Perfectoids while I fetch Knuckles' swans."

Narrator: "Monty, delighted to show off, purred away.

When Furrball returned, Monty was trying to take some Perfectoids form a siding. They were old and empty. They have not been touched for a long time. Monty found them hard to move."

Montana Max: "Pull! Push! Backwards! Forwards!"

Perfectoids: "Oi! Oi!"

Narrator: "The Perfectoids groaned."

Perfectoids: "We can't! We wont!"

Narrator: "Furrball watched with interest.

Monty lost patience."

Montana Max: "Grrrr!"

Narrator: "He roared, and gave a great heave. The Perfectoids jerked forward."

Perfectoids: "Oh! Oh!"

Narrator: "They screamed."

Perfectoids: "We can't! We wont!"

Narrator: "Some of their joints snapped, and their legs jammed in the lower body."

Montana Max: "Grrrr!"

Furball: "Ho ho ho!"

Narrator: "Chuckled Furrball.

Monty recovered and tried to push the Perfectoids back, but they wouldn't move. Furrball ran quietly around to collect the other Perfectoids."

Furrball: "Thank you for arranging these, Monty. I must go now."

Montana Max: "Don't you want this lot?"

Furrball: "No thank you."

Narrator: "Monty gulped."

Montana Max: "And I've taken all this trouble? Why didn't you tell me?"

Furrball: "You never asked me. Besides,"

Narrator: "Said Furrball."

Furrball: "You were having such fun being re-whatever it was you said. Good-bye."

Montana Max: "Grrrr!"

Narrator: "Monty had to help the animators clear the mess.

He hated it. All the Perfectoids were laughing and singing at him."

Perfectoids: "Perfectoids are waiting in the yard, tackling them with ease'll show the word what I can do, gaily boasts the Monty, in and out he creeps about, like a big black weasel, when he takes the wrong Perfectoids out, Pop goes the Monty!"

Montana Max: "Grrrr!"

Narrator: "Growled Monty, and scuttled away to sulk in his mansion."
