Many PBS stations chose not to broadcast the episode and others aired special programming about it. The episode was removed from listings at the PBSKids Postcards from Buster Website. This episode nearly resulted in the cancellation of the series, however, various groups put together funds for a second season, which premiered on November 27, 2007.
