[edit] Printing Standard:

1. Always ask "Why do I need to Print?"

Acceptable Answers:

a. Third Party Request (can be internal or external)

b. Limited or no access to a computer where reference to document is required

2. If printed copy is requested by a third party, you must ask if an electronic version is acceptable, as your company/department observes an environmentally-friendly printing standard.
3. If printing is necessary, it must be on recyclable paper.
4. If printing is necessary, print on both sides.

1.  Each printer should be set to double-sided by default. Consider printing two sides (or booklet) per sheet.
