Psarktur, or Xam Ish, is the leader of the Fulna. His origins are shrouded in mystery. He is an immortal entity who achieved his immortality through the Fulna's advanced technology. He ordered the use of Universe Bombs to destroy Pentles and Picha. His first appearance in the universal chain was in the War of Legends. In this war, he made the Fulna "death machine" Terotroth and was defeated by the Hudnar and imprisoned by the Kruktur in another dimension.
