Rabbit Misbehaves at Target is the 23rd episode in the mini-series to promote Season 5 for Shining Time Station. It first aired on July 8, 1997.


Rabbit is furious when Barney, the Mr. Conductors and their friends are laughing at him for not having a Mario game. So, he tells his mom to get one at Target. But when they get there, Rabbit wants a Super Mario World game, Rabbit's mom can't afford Super Mario World, because it is expensive, and tries to offer him Super Mario 64, but Rabbit misbehaves by yelling at his mom to fight with him.

  • Rabbit: Oh boy! The Super Mario World video game from SNES! This one, this one!
  • Rabbit's Mom: Honey, what's that?
  • Rabbit: The Super Mario World game! I can't wait to show it to Baby Bop when she sees that my Super Mario World game is more familiar than her Super Mario All-Stars game!
  • Rabbit's Mom: Rabbit, we can't afford it.
  • Rabbit: Well, you don't expect me to get this game, do you?
  • Rabbit's Mom: I think we can get a different one.
  • Rabbit's Mom: Oh, there's a Super Mario 64!
  • Rabbit: Super Mario 64?
  • Rabbit's Mom: This has haft the price than Super Mario World.
  • Rabbit's Mom: (in a stern, angry voice) Rabbit, stop acting like a spoiled brat! Everybody is watching you throw tantrums! You can either have Super Mario 64, or you can have nothing at all!
  • Rabbit: That's it! I am having a furious breakdown. (starts the breakdown) OOOOOOO! SUPER MARIO 64, SUPER MARIO 64 AND THAT IS FINAL!
  • (not too long, in the car, Rabbit is guilty, and his mom is driving)
  • Rabbit's Mom: Rabbit! I cannot believe that you embarrassed me! I also told you if keep acting up, you aren't getting anything.
  • Rabbit: But I told you I was sorry!
  • Rabbit's Mom: If you are really sorry, you will understand why you aren't getting anything!
  • Rabbit: But,a it doesn't make that local sense, mom, as we are not getting Super Mario World.
  • Rabbit's Mom: I don't care!
  • Rabbit: Can we at-least go back and get Super Mario 64?
  • (Rabbit looks still guilty)
