Richards Hall is an administrative building with some academic space. The lobby of the hall contains the admissions office; on upper floors are the Bursar's (now Cashier's? or Student Billing?) and Finanacial Aid offices. Space near the north side of the building and on the fourth floor is academic.

Richards Hall was the first building solely dedicated to the university [1], built in 1938. Prior to Richards, Northeastern functioned within the Boston YMCA on Huntington.

Richards Hall is connected to the tunnel system, and also to Hayden Hall.
