Rod "Torque" Redline (22nd June 2005-28th June 2011) was an American spy and minor character in Cars 2, he was voiced by Bruce Campbell.

Goal: To defeat the lemons and disguise himself as one (which failed)
Allies: Finn McMissile, Holley Shiftwell
Enemies: Professor Z, Acer, Grem
Fate: Gets captured and destroyed by Professor Z using WGP Camera
Rod "Torque" Redline was built in 2005 and is the American agent that Mater is mistaken for, he appears disguised as a Gremlin and then removes it but then is beaten up by Acer and Grem. He is taken to a warehouse to be filled with Allinol and is then scanned by Professor Z's camera and Rod explodes

- On 15th October 2011, Rod "Torque" Redline appeared at Toys R Us at a building event where you could build a Lego version for free and take it home.
