The Scott Mutant Education Department or S.M.E.D was founded by Charles Scott after he graduated from High School. He created this organization that runs five schools located in the Five Counties of Rhode Island. Mr. Scott once lived at the Xavier Institute, his mutant powers included Telepathy, Telekinesis, Force Fields, and Pyrotechnic.
