A scrolling addict (IPA: /skɹoʊl.ɪŋ ˈædɪkt/) is a randomological term, meaning a computer user that uses the scrollbar very frequently when it is small (and there is a large amount of blank space) in suspicion of a hidden message. Said hidden message generally does exist, giving scrolling addicts a certain advantage over normal users.

A scrolling addict would look for this message.

And, noticing that they're in the middle of the page, would continue scrolling and find this message as well.
