  • 1 lata(390ml) de leite condensado
  • 1 lata(300ml) de creme de leite
  • 3 ovos
  • 2 colheres de açucar
  • 400ml de leite liquido
  • 1/2 xicara de achocolatado

Modo de preparo

Separe as gemas das claras. Leve uma panela ao fogo medio com a gema, o leite condensado e o leite, misture tudo ate ferver e depois desligue. Numa vasilha bata a clara em neves, misture com o creme de leite e o açucar. Misture tudo. Unte uma forma de vidro com o achocolatado e agua e despeje a mistura.
Espere esfriar e leve ao refrigerador.
