Amy Rose and Princess Sally Acorn (from Sonic) as Annie and Clarabel (Cameo)
Ringo Starr as The Narrator
Ringo Starr: Eric Cartman was enjoying his life in South Park, but he still had a lot to learn.
Noddy: You're a special mixed-traffic child.
Ringo Starr: Said Noddy.
Noddy: You can pull busses or bicycles quite easily, but you must learn by your mistakes.
Ringo Starr: Cartman knew what Noddy meant. He could remember that dreadful accident on his first day.
Randy Marsh: Be careful with the busses, Cartman.
Ringo Starr: Said kind Randy Marsh.
Randy Marsh: They don't like being bumped.
Ringo Starr: Everyone came to admire Cartman.
Eric Cartman: I'm a Really Splendid Kid.
Ringo Starr: He thought, and suddenly let off. A shower of water fell on Noddy's nice new blue hat. Just then the bell rang, and Cartman thought they had to go.
Cartman: Go on, go on.
Ringo Starr: He called to Randy Marsh.
Randy Marsh: Don't push, don't push.
Ringo Starr: Replied Randy. The Busses were grumbling too.
Busses: Don't go so fast, don't go so fast.
Ringo Starr: But Cartman wouldn't listen. When at last they stopped at the next houses, two busses were beyond the pathway. They had to go back to let the students off. But no one seemed to know about Noddy's blue hat, so Cartman felt happier. Presently, they came to the house where Stan was waiting with Amy Rose and Princess Sally Acorn.
Stan Marsh: Hello, Cartman.
Ringo Starr: Said Stan.
Stan Marsh: Feeling better, that's right, Oh That's my bell, I must go. I don't know what Noddy would do without me to work for the South Park Elementry School.
Ringo Starr: And he left importantly. Randy and Cartman went to the field where Cartman had his accident. The fence was mended and the cows were back again. They ended their journey and rested before setting off for home. Cartman was still wondering what Noddy would say about his new hat. Next morning, he spoke severely to Cartman.
Noddy: If you can't behave, I shall take away your red coat and have you wear blue.
