The Southern Tundra is a vast landform in the south of Vovatra.

The tundra is bordered on one side by the V Plains and on the other by the Nevasoy Forest and the Spice Forest.

[edit] Economy

The tundra was effectively uninhabited until the discovery of Wom there. This sparked a mining boom in the area despite its remoteness. At the height of production, the tundra produced two-thirds of the world's Wom. However, with the gradual phaseout of Wom in favor of Asepoam, the mining companies active in the tundra have largely switched to Emanopan mining, which, although not as profitable, has allowed them to continue operations.

There are no major settlements other than mining operations in the tundra.
