Jackie's Discovery[]

  • Alec Baldwin: One morning, Steven, Ralph and Marina came to see Jackie.
  • Steven: Come on, Jackie. We're all going to the seaside. We will walk next to Kitana.
  • Jackie: Yes, sir.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Jackie happily. They came to a small seaside station. Soon, the children were playing in the sand, building a splendid castle. Steven inspected it.
  • Steven: My word's a very fine castle. Have you seen a real one like it?
  • Marina: Yes.
  • Alec Baldwin: Replied the children.
  • Ralph: It's here on the Island.
  • Alec Baldwin: And they showed him the map.
  • Steven: Hmm.
  • Alec Baldwin: Pondered Steven. They met Jackie at the harbour.
  • Steven: Come along, we are going exploring.
  • Alec Baldwin: Soon they were in the wildest part of the Island. They stopped by a lonely signalbox.
  • Signalman: Where are you going?
  • Alec Baldwin: Asked the Signalman.
  • Steven: We're trying to find an old castle.
  • Signalman: I know the place sir.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said the signalman.
  • Signalman: There's a small junction not too far down the line. Just switch the points.
  • Alec Baldwin: When the fireman switched the points, their adventure really began. Jackie pushed past branches and bushes until they came to another little junction. There they saw two signs saying: To The Castle and To The Mine.
  • Steven: We'll go to the castle first.
  • Alec Baldwin: Jackie stopped by an old water tower.
  • Children: There's the castle.
  • Steven: Yes.
  • Alec Baldwin: Replied Steven.
  • Steven: And now we shall visit the mine.
  • Alec Baldwin: Once upon a time, the mine had been worked by the little characters and their lines were still in place. But now everything is very rusty and overgrown. Steven was most impressed, but Jackie was rather scared. He was glad when it was time to go home.
  • Steven: I think the castle and the mine will make a fine place for visitors. But it will take some hard work first.
  • Jackie: Y-yes, sir.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Jackie nervously. Steven's plans were soon put into action. But Jackie was still worried.
  • Jackie: I'm sure this place was haunted.
  • Alec Baldwin: He thought.
  • Jackie's Driver: It's our turn to stay here on guard tonight, Jackie.
  • Jackie: Oh y-y-yes. Why not?
  • Alec Baldwin: Stuttered Jackie.
  • Ash: Beware of the ghost, Jackie.
  • Alec Baldwin: Ash said.
  • Jackie: What ghost?
  • Alec Baldwin: Asked Jackie.
  • Ash: The old warrior ghost. Every night he lights his fire then goes hunting. Toot toot, goodbye.
  • Alec Baldwin: Night came. Jackie looked anxiously around. Everything seemed rather spooky. Quite suddenly, he heard a strange wheezing sound.
  • Jackie: It's the ghost!
  • Alec Baldwin: He wailed.
  • Jackie's Driver: What ghost?
  • Alec Baldwin: His driver asked.
  • Jackie: It's the old warrior. He's come to hunt me down.
  • Jackie's Driver: Don't be so daft. We'll go and investigate.
  • Alec Baldwin: They returned quite soon.
  • Jackie's Fireman: The old warrior wants to meet you.
  • Alec Baldwin: Laughed his fireman.
  • Jackie: Can't it wait till morning?
  • Alec Baldwin: Replied Jackie.
  • Jackie's Driver: Ghosts don't work dayshifts.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said his driver. Jackie bravely made his way.
  • Jackie: Well blast my bell.
  • Alec Baldwin: He exclaimed. There in front of him was a little old character.
  • Signalman: This is your ghost, Jackie.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said the signalman.
  • Signalman: His name's really Ang. But we call him the old warrior because he's so brave.
  • Alec Baldwin: Ang and Jackie are now friends. They take the visitors to the castle and the mine. If there are any ghosts here, they certainly help to make the place very happy.

Casey and The Boulder[]

  • Alec Baldwin: On the land of YTV, high up in the mountains was a mysterious boulder. It had stood alone for a long time. But one day, workmen arrived to build a quarry on the land below. Casey Matthews met Ash and Alex.
  • Alex: Where's all this rock coming from?
  • Alec Baldwin: Alex asked.
  • Casey: The new quarry.
  • Alec Baldwin: Replied Casey.
  • Casey: This mountain rock is good for many things, although it's dangerous up there.
  • Ash: Why?
  • Alec Baldwin: Asked Ash.
  • Casey: Because of a big boulder. I think it's watching me.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Casey nervously.
  • Alex: How can it be? Boulders don't have eyes.
  • Casey: Well, Alex, there's something strange about this one.
  • Alec Baldwin: Just then, Kevin arrived. He was delivering a new piece of machinery from the quarry.
  • Casey: What's that?
  • Alec Baldwin: Asked Casey.
  • Kevin: It's called Spike. Apparently it helps collect the rock faster.
  • Alec Baldwin: Replied Kevin. Soon, Spike was working hard. The men were pleased, but no one bothered to check the boulder. When it rained, the workmen went away. Casey gazed up and shivered. Above stood Boulder. Suddenly, a large slab of rock landed on the rails. Casey was shocked, driver was concerned.
  • Casey's Driver: We best leave till the weather's better. The rain loosens some of this rock.
  • Casey: I think it's Boulder wanting us to go away.
  • Alec Baldwin: The next day, the sun shone. Spike was working harder than ever. Suddenly, Casey noticed something.
  • Casey: Boulder's moving!
  • Casey's Driver: Don't be so daft, it can't.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said the driver. But it could.
  • Casey: It's rolling along our line.
  • (The boulder begins to chase Casey)
  • Casey's Driver: We'll stop here until Boulder passes by.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said the driver. But Boulder was nowhere to be seen. Then...
  • Casey's Driver: Oh, no. It's behind us.
  • Alec Baldwin: Just ahead, they saw a small junction. One line went uphill. Boulder thundered past. Meanwhile, Rikochet was making his way up to the quarry. Then, he saw Boulder.
  • Rikochet: Help!
  • Alec Baldwin: Boulder was catching up fast.
  • (Rikochet reaches a siding just before Boulder destroys the water tower)
  • Rikochet: We must warn the yards!
  • Alec Baldwin: Shouted Rikochet.
  • Casey: Yes, but how?
  • Alec Baldwin: Called Casey. Boulder rounded a bend and there ahead was Buster.
  • Buster: It's running loose!
  • Alec Baldwin: Yelled Buster. His driver drove him back as fast as he could.
  • Buster's Driver: Hurry!
  • (Buster races away from Boulder and crashes into a bunker)
  • Buster's Driver: Better a smashed than a squashed.
  • Alec Baldwin: Sighed his driver. At the yards, Alex was collecting Beedrill. Then, he heard Boulder.
  • Alex: Oh, no. Heading straight for me.
  • Alec Baldwin: Squeaked Alex.
  • (Boulder crashes into the sheds, creating a massive explosion)
  • Alec Baldwin: When Steven inspected the damage, he decided to close the mine. Then, he looked at Boulder.
  • Steven: We should have left this part of the island alone.
  • Alec Baldwin: They moved Boulder to a hill close by the yards. Casey is sure that on a clear night, it is gazing up at the mountain and that its size are being carried by the wind to where it once used to stand proud and silent. I wonder if Casey is right, don't you?

Buzz Gets Spooked[]

  • Alec Baldwin: The little characters were busy clearing their railroad of leaves and broken branches. Froggo and Casey often work together. One day, Casey helped Froggo to a water tower. Froggo felt much better after his long drink, but the Beedrill were bored.
  • Beedrill: Let's break away.
  • Alec Baldwin: Their loads were heavy and the coupling old. One snapped.
  • Beedrill: Faster, faster!
  • Alec Baldwin: Shouted the Beedrill. A sign read: Slow Steep Bends and Ravine Ahead. But the silly Beedrill never saw it. Then, it was too late.
  • (The Beedrill fall down into the ravine)
  • Alec Baldwin: Froggo arrived at the scene of the disaster. His driver sighed.
  • Froggo's Driver: This was our fault. We didn't secure them properly. We'll have to get help to pull them out. Steven will be very annoyed.
  • Alec Baldwin: And he was.
  • Steven: You will work in the yard until I can trust you again.
  • Alec Baldwin: Buzz was delighted with Froggo's dilemma.
  • Buzz: Fancy not securing your freight cars on a hill. They'll come back to spook you and your special hat. Whoooo!
  • Casey: And who's to say you're not afraid of ghosts!
  • Alec Baldwin: Snapped Casey.
  • Buzz: Ghosts!? Things that go bump in the night, Rubbish!
  • Casey: Well I'll tell you a story that will make your head quiver.
  • Alec Baldwin: Casey said.
  • Casey: A long time ago, a little character was returning home. It was a misty moonlight night. Suddenly, the character lost control and plunged over the side into the swamps below. He was never found again. But many of workmen will tell you that when the moon is full, They had seen the little character trying to get home. But he never reached the other side. So what did you think of that, Buzz?
  • Buzz: Rubbish!
  • Alec Baldwin: Replied Buzz.
  • Casey: Never mind him, Froggo. He'd be frightened if he really saw a ghost.
  • Alec Baldwin: This gave Froggo's driver an idea.
  • Froggo's Driver: Let's play a trick on Buzz.
  • Alec Baldwin: The next day he spoke to Buzz's driver and fireman who agreed.
  • Buzz's Driver: We'll do it, tonight.
  • Alec Baldwin: Buzz had to take coal Beedrill to the slate mine and then bring Beedrill back. Buzz's driver decided as part of a plan to cross the old iron bridge.
  • Buzz: Haunted bridge, rubbish!
  • Alec Baldwin: Snorted Buzz.
  • Buzz: It's as tame as a pet rabbit's.
  • Alec Baldwin: But all the same, he kept thinking about Casey's story. When dusk fell, he was keen to leave.
  • Buzz: If we don't go now, Rikochet will take my favorite place in the shed.
  • Buzz's Driver: We have to collect our Beedrill first.
  • Alec Baldwin: His driver replied. He could see the plan was working because Buzz was nervous. When night fell, they set off. The mist were rising around the old iron bridge. Buzz whistled and the sound echoed everywhere. Then, ahead, he saw flickering lights. His driver knew they were only insects that shine brightly at night, but to Buzz they look like a character. Next, his driver secretly threw a rock from the cab into the ravine below.
  • Buzz: It's the ghost! Take me back! Take me back, please!
  • Alec Baldwin: When Buzz reached the safety of his shed, he closed his eyes tightly.
  • Buzz's Driver: Spooked are you, Buzz?
  • Alec Baldwin: Laughed his driver.
  • Buzz: No! I'm asleep!
  • Alec Baldwin: And Buzz refused to open his eyes. He did though when he thought his driver wasn't looking just to make sure that he was still there.

Yoshi Gets Lost[]

  • Alec Baldwin: Yoshi the Green Dinosaur works closely with his friend Casey. One day, Steven came to see him.
  • Steven: Casey tells me you're in need of a change. So I want you to help Jackie and Mel at the quarry.
  • Yoshi: Oh, thank you, sir.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Yoshi.
  • Yoshi: Shall I be away long?
  • Steven: Just today. But please be careful. It is easy to get lost up there so be back before dark.
  • Yoshi's Driver: We will.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said the driver. Yoshi soon arrived at the quarry.
  • Jackie: We're glad you're here to help us.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Jackie.
  • Yoshi: Are these my Beedrill?
  • Alec Baldwin: Asked Yoshi.
  • Mel: Only some of them. There's masses more in the sidings.
  • Alec Baldwin: Replied Mel.
  • Yoshi: The more the marier.
  • Alec Baldwin: Yoshi was really enjoying himself. The dustier he became, the harder he worked. Mel and Jackie were impressed. Then the foreman spoke to his driver.
  • Foreman: We have a night special to take to bulding site at the new branch line. Do you want to pull the train?
  • Yoshi's Driver: Yes please.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said the driver. But he should have asked Steven first. Night came.
  • Jackie: Be careful, Yoshi.
  • Alec Baldwin: Advised Jackie.
  • Yoshi: I will and thank you for a lovely day. I do hope I can come back again.
  • Mel: The line can be spooky.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Mel.
  • Yoshi: Thank you for the warning.
  • Alec Baldwin: And with that, Yoshi puffed away. Yoshi arrived on time and made the delivery of rocks and stones for the workmen. Then he set off for home. That's when the trouble began. The fog came down.
  • Yoshi: Mel was right. Suddenly, everything does look spooky.
  • Yoshi's Driver: There's a signalbox.
  • Alec Baldwin: Called his driver.
  • Yoshi's Driver: And the signal light is green. Someone must have been expecting us.
  • Alec Baldwin: But they weren't. The points had been set in the wrong direction, but Yoshi didn't realize this.
  • Yoshi: Home here we come.
  • Alec Baldwin: Then they approached an unknown area. The driver made a decision.
  • Yoshi's Driver: It's best if we rest here until the fog clears.
  • Yoshi: What are those strange sounds?
  • Alec Baldwin: Wondered Yoshi. Then the fog slowly lifted.
  • Yoshi: Oh, no. We're in the scrapyards.
  • Alec Baldwin: His driver and fireman went for help. Yoshi was all alone, but not for long. Two koopas approached.
  • Morton: Got ya this time, Yoshi, you'll make very fine scrap indeed. Buffer him, Roy.
  • Alec Baldwin: The koopas took him to the large smelter shed.
  • Morton: Bye bye, Yoshi. (laughs)
  • Alec Baldwin: Yoshi looked up. Above him was a huge grabber.
  • Yoshi: This dinosaur's not for scrapping!
  • Alec Baldwin: The grabber wasn't listening. But just as it was about to grab hold of him, it stopped. There stood Steven.
  • Steven: It's a good thing i'm visiting this yard tonight. Saving you from scrap is becoming a habit, Yoshi, please stop it.
  • Yoshi: Yes, sir. But I had learned something.
  • Steven: What's that?
  • Yoshi: There's no place like home.
  • Steven: And that's exactly where you're going now.
  • Yoshi: Bluebells forever.

Haunted Shaggy[]

  • Alec Baldwin: It was a moonlit night. Shaggy was taking a load of books to the school by the lake.
  • Kevin: Whenever that owl hoots, a mist rolls in.
  • Alec Baldwin: Murmured Kevin.
  • Kevin: There's a legend that when the mist is about, there's a ghost about too. Take care on the old line, Shaggy.
  • Shaggy: Stupid bird!
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Shaggy.
  • Shaggy: Owls, mists, ghosts. Kevin's going soft to the boiler. There's no mist.
  • Alec Baldwin: But Shaggy was wrong.
  • Shaggy: What's that?
  • Alec Baldwin: Cried Shaggy.
  • Driver: It's an amber lamp.
  • Alec Baldwin: Murmured his driver.
  • Driver: That means proceed with caution. Who's there?
  • Alec Baldwin: No one replied. Shaggy crepted slowly forward. He stopped by a tree. It had a sign nailed to it: Beware of The Viaduct. The driver was surprised.
  • Driver: No one warned us about that before and look, the signal's red and the gates are closed. A-a-and there's a fogman's coat. But where is his owner?
  • Alec Baldwin: Then, they saw a light move within a station building.
  • Shaggy: G-g-g-g-ghosts!
  • Alec Baldwin: Exclaimed Shaggy.
  • Shaggy: Kevin was right.
  • Driver: Something very strange is happening.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said his driver.
  • Driver: I think it's best we go back.
  • Shaggy: So do I!
  • Alec Baldwin: Agreed Shaggy. By morning, the mist had cleared. A workman was talking about the unsafe viaduct.
  • Workman: Lucky you didn't cross it last night.
  • Driver: Yes, but we don't know who warned us?
  • Alec Baldwin: Replied Shaggy's driver. Later that day, he spoke to Shaggy.
  • Driver: The viaduct has been repaired. We can take our train back along the old line tonight.
  • Alec Baldwin: Shaggy really didn't want to. But when nightfall came, he was sizzling nicely. Suddenly, an owl hooted and then Terry thundered by.
  • Beedrill: Oh look. Shaggy's spooked.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said a Beedrill.
  • (Beedrill giggling)
  • Shaggy: Be quiet!
  • Alec Baldwin: Snapped Shaggy.
  • Shaggy: I'm not scared.
  • Alec Baldwin: But he was. A little later, the fog came down. As they approached the same area, they saw the amber light again.
  • Driver: Here we go.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Shaggy's driver. Then, unknown to Shaggy, the gates mysteriously closed by themselves and the signal went red. The Beedrill had seen everything and they were spooked.
  • Beedrill: Faster, faster. There's a ghost about.
  • Shaggy: Stop, stop!
  • Alec Baldwin: Yelled Shaggy. A mysterious figure watched Shaggy go by. Ahead was a landslide blocking the line. Shaggy braked hard but the Beedrill hit some of the rubble and plunged into the ravine.
  • (The Beedrill fall down and crashed towards the ground with a loud Kuh-Thud)
  • Alec Baldwin: Just then, Shaggy's driver saw a strange sight coming towards them.
  • Driver: What's that?
  • Alec Baldwin: He said. The fireman laughed.
  • Fireman: That's our ghost. It's Old Bailey the Fogman.
  • Alec Baldwin: Old Bailey was very cross.
  • Old Bailey: I tired to warn you about the viaduct. Why didn't ye pay attention?
  • Driver: We're sorry.
  • Alec Baldwin: Replied the driver.
  • Driver: Is there anything we can do to thank you?
  • Old Bailey: I like to operate that old station. If you let me, I promise I wont spook Shaggy again.
  • Alec Baldwin: And in a little while, Old Bailey's wish was granted.
  • Steven: You and your station will be really useful.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Steven.
  • Steven: Let's hear a hearty thank you to the friendliest, eh, ghost on the island.
  • Alec Baldwin: Everyone cheered. Especially Shaggy, who was the happiest of all.

Steven's Holiday[]

  • Alec Baldwin: One day, Steven arranged with Ash Ketchum to take his wife and children to the seaside. The sun shone and everywhere looked splendid. But, Wilhelmina was feeling hot and tired. She took her troubles out on Suzy and Pietra.
  • Wilhelmina: Those coaches are old and uncomfortable. Why don't you use them as beach hogs instead?
  • Alec Baldwin: Ash was most upset.
  • Ash: You don't let them turn Suzy and Pietra into beach hogs, will you?
  • Driver: Of course not, Ash.
  • Alec Baldwin: Replied his driver.
  • Driver: But I must admit they could be smarten up.
  • Alec Baldwin: The next day, Steven used Alex to take his family to Superman's airfield. They were just about to board Superman when it happened.
  • Steven: Ooh, what was that?
  • Alec Baldwin: Cried Steven.
  • Superman: Uh, that's Fearow.
  • Alec Baldwin: Grumbled Superman.
  • Superman: It's rude and flies much too low.
  • Steven: So I can see. Please take us up Superman before there's another disturbance.
  • Alec Baldwin: A few days later, Superman arrived at their holiday home with bad news.
  • Superman's Pilot: Uh, It's Fearow.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Superman's Pilot.
  • Superman's Pilot: It's gone missing. Do you wish to join the search party with us?
  • Steven: I think I better.
  • (Superman looks for Fearow)
  • Steven: There's Fearow.
  • Alec Baldwin: Called Steven. Then he spoke to the pilot.
  • Steven: You are showing off and flying dangerously. I will speak to your controller and request that you are grounded.
  • Pilot: Yes, sir.
  • Alec Baldwin: Replied the pilot.
  • Steven: Now if you'll excuse me, I shall return to my holiday.
  • Pilot: Jolly good idea, sir.
  • Alec Baldwin: Steven arranged to meet up with Jackie and Kitana to take them somewhere special. They arrived at a small river inland.
  • Ralph and Marina: What a beautiful boat!
  • Alec Baldwin: Exclaimed the children.
  • Steven: It's my special treat.
  • Alec Baldwin: Steven took the helm with his wife beside him.
  • Steven: It's so nice to be away from the railway for once.
  • Alec Baldwin: He said to her.
  • Wilhelmina: And far cleaner.
  • Alec Baldwin: She replied. But life on the river is very different from that on the rails. The family were enjoying themselves so much that they forgot to watch where they were going.
  • Steven: Oh, botheration!
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Steven.
  • Steven: We're stuck!
  • Alec Baldwin: And they were. Other boats try to pull them off the mudbank, but it was no use. Alex saw the commotion and stopped.
  • Driver: Is there anything we can do to help?
  • Alec Baldwin: Called his driver.
  • Steven: Yes, indeed there is. This is the life, isn't it, my dear?
  • Alec Baldwin: Soon, they arrived at a small station. There was Ash with Suzy and Pietra who were looking as smart as their new paint inside and out.
  • Wilhelmina: My!
  • Alec Baldwin: Exclaimed Wilhelmina.
  • Wilhelmina: What splendid coaches. So much suitable for those beach hogs on wheels.
  • Alec Baldwin: No one said a word. But that evening, Suzy and Pietra spoke to Ash.
  • Suzy and Pietra: It's very nice to get compliments, but no matter what we look like we're always be useful, won't we, Ash?
  • Ash: Of course.
  • Alec Baldwin: They're friend replied.

Every Cloud Has A Silver Lining[]

  • Children: (singing) Life is full of surprises, full of ups and downs And so to have a silver lining, first there must be cloud. Bumpty and Raphael the twins work together all day long. They sometimes disagree how things are done. They get down in the dumps If things they do don't work out just as planned. But if at first you don't succeed then understand. There's no sense in worrying if things start going wrong. Obstacles can all be overcome. But even Bumpty and Raphael both agree that in the end. If you never lose hope, you're sure to cope and carry on. Every cloud is silver-lined, even when it rains. So don't get too downhearted, as things are bound to change. All you've gotta do is wear a smile and you will find. Your sun will shine. So if you've got a job to do, make sure you do it well. Arguing will get you nowhere fast. When Bumpty says "Push", and Raphael says "Pull", They always get it wrong. But never lose hope, you're sure to cope and carry on. Every cloud is silver-lined, even when it rains. So don't get too downhearted, as things are bound to change. All you've gotta do is wear a smile and you will find. Your sun will shine. Everybody makes mistakes it happens all the time. You should never lose sight of your goal. Just like Bumpty and Raphael things will work out in the end. If you never lose hope, you're sure to cope and carry on. When you're feeling down it doesn't help to wear a frown. Never lose hope, you're sure to cope and you can carry on. Every cloud is silver-lined to help you on your way. As long as there's hope, it'll help you cope. You must never lose hope, it'll help you on the way.
