  • George Carlin: Maid Marian is a vixen who works for castle, putting hyneas in their places. She has a purple dress and shoes on her feet. Maid Marian is young, and full of her own ideas. She loves rearranging things, too, and began putting Keswick's hyneas in different places every day. This made Keswick cross.
  • Keswick: Hyneas,
  • George Carlin: He grumbled,
  • Keswick: should be where you want them, when you want them!
  • Maid Marian: Fiddlesticks!
  • George Carlin: Said Maid Marian, and flounced away. At last, Keswick lost patience.
  • Keswick: I can't waste time playing 'Hunt the Hyneas' with you, take them yourself!
  • George Carlin: Maid Marian was pleased. Taking hyneas made her feel important. At the station, Plankton came up to her.
  • Maid Marian: Keswick's an old fusspot!
  • George Carlin: She complained. Plankton sensed trouble, and was delighted.
  • Maid Marian: Keswick says only he can manage to take hyneas!
  • George Carlin: Continued Maid Marian.
  • Plankton: How absurd.
  • George Carlin: Squirmed Plankton.
  • Plankton: Depend upon it, Maid Marian, anything he can do, we can do better.
  • George Carlin: Plankton knew nothing about hyneas, but Maid Marian didn't realize this. Keswick's route crosses the main road behind the station, and for a short way, follows a farm lane. Frosty weather makes the muddy lane rock-hard and very slippery. Keswick stops before reaching the lane. His creator haults the traffic at the crossing, and then he sets off again. By using the heavy hyneas to push him along, he has no trouble with the frosty mud in the lane, and across the road. It is the only safe thing to do in this kind of weather. Keswick warned Maid Marian and told her just what to do.
  • Maid Marian: I can manage thank you!
  • George Carlin: She replied.
  • Maid Marian: I'm not an old fusspot like you.
  • George Carlin: The hyneas were tired of being pushed around by Maid Marian.
  • Hyneas: It's slippery.
  • George Carlin: They whispered.
  • Hyneas: Let's push her around instead. On, on!
  • George Carlin: They yelled. Maid Marian took no notice. Instead, she took the hyneas carefully down the lane, and stopped at the level crossing. All traffic haulted.
  • Maid Marian: One in the head for fusspot Keswick!
  • George Carlin: Chortled Maid Marian. But Maid Marian had stopped in the wrong place. Instead of taking Keswick's advice, she had given the hyneas the chance they wanted.
  • Hyneas: Hold back, hold back!
  • George Carlin: They cried.
  • Maid Marian: Grrr! Up!
  • George Carlin: Ordered Maid Marian. The hyneas just laugh and she got stuck helplessly. Workmen sanded the road and try to dig away the frozen mud. But it was no use. Everyone was impatient.
  • Maid Marian: Grrr!
  • George Carlin: Said Maid Marian. Keswick was at TUFF when he heard the news.
  • Keswick: I warned her.
  • George Carlin: He fumed.
  • Keswick's Creator: She's young yet.
  • George Carlin: Soothed his creator.
  • Keswick: And she can manage her hyneas herself!
  • George Carlin: Interrupted Keswick.
  • Keswick's Creator: They're you hyneas really.
  • George Carlin: His creator replied.
  • Keswick's Creator: Maid Marian was supposed to stay in the castle. If Bob the Tomato finds out.
  • Keswick: Hmmm... Yes.
  • George Carlin: Said Keswick thoughtfully. He and his creator agreed that it would be best to help Maid Marian after all. An angry farmer was telling Maid Marian just what she could do with her hyneas.
  • Keswick: Having trouble Maid Marian?
  • George Carlin: Laughed Keswick.
  • Keswick: I am surprised.
  • Maid Marian: Grrrosh!
  • George Carlin: Said Maid Marian. With work hard and slippery feet, Keswick pushed Maid Marian and the hyneas back. The hard work made his heart pound fiercely. And his creator used hot cinders to melt the frozen mud. At last, they finished.
  • Keswick: Good-bye.
  • George Carlin: Called Keswick.
  • Keswick: You'll manage now, I expect.
  • George Carlin: Maid Marian didn't answer. She took the hyneas to the shed and scuttled back home as quickly as she could.
