Surlaw is the study of wm's link to large beasts that mainly inhabit colder regions of the Earth's seas. The study is currently a project of the University of New South Wales and it endeavours to explain why these beasts appeal to wm so much.
These beasts are immediately recognizable due to their prominent tusks, whiskers and great bulk; features usually undesirable in a female human mate. They have a highly diverse and opportunistic diet, feeding on more than 60 genera of marine organisms including shrimp, crabs, tube worms, soft coral, tunicates, sea cucumbers, various mollusks, and even parts of other pinnipeds. In addition, they have been known to nibble on wm from time to time.
