An intutitive hot-key system for doing repetitive things quickly and easily (like MS used to strive for).
A simple way to include hyperlinks into the document. Like maybe hit the h key and paste or drag the link?

keep resident in tray per session. I don't want it to start every time I start windows, but I'd like to shrink it down to the tray and be able to call it back easily when I need to write something. Don't forget: writers, real writers read a lot, so it's important the software have this researching, note-taking feature thingy.
