There is a small bar above the girls excitement meter. It will fill with a notch each and every time you or she orgasms for a total of 3 notches.

I think this represents how much cum is inside her. It goes up by one bar whenever you orgasm, whether or not she does. If you pull out when the cum meter is above 0, the cum spills out of the girl onto the ground.
