Perhaps we should have a table with the columns:

"English"(title name)

"Japanese"(title name for those who aren't using any form of translation patch)

"How to obtain" (Where and how to obtain the title)

"Effect" (What if any effect the title has on you, your abilities, and your interactions within the game. Titles with no effect would simply have an N/A in this column, wheras titles that probably have an effect could have an "Uknown" in this column. I am almost certain that at least some titles have effects on you. Note that these could be lasting effects or opportunities caused by the same event that gives you the title.)
