The Cat in the Hat in Dr. Seuss on the Loose

The Cat in the Hat is a character in Dr. Seuss and The Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss. In the 1971 The Cat in the Hat cartoon and the 1973 special, Dr. Seuss on the Loose, he was voiced by Allan Sherman. In the 1995 special, Daisy-Head Mayzie, he was voiced by Henry Gibson. In The Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss, he was voiced by Bruce Lanoil in the first season and Martin P. Robinson in the second season. He was voiced by Marcus Lewis in the 1997 Living Books The Cat in the Hat game, and the 1998 Living Books The Cat in the Hat Comes Back. He was played by Mike Myers in the 2003 live-action film, Tim Allen in the 2004 live-action film The Cat in the Hat Comes Back, and voiced by Chris Edgerly in the video game adaptation. He is currently voiced by Martin Short in the PBS cartoon, The Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot About That.
