  • Narrator: Casey Jr and Friends. Making Tracks to Great Destinations. The Island of Sodor is surronded by beautiful blue sea. It has fields of green and sandy yellow beaches. There are streams and lots of trees where the birds sing. There are windmills, and a coal mine, and docks, where vistors to the Island arrive. The island also has lots of lots of railway lines. Who's that puffing down the track? It's Thomas. Hello, Thomas.
  • Casey Jr: Hello, everybody, welcome to The Island of Sodor.
  • Narrator: Sodor day is coming to The Island of Sodor. Casey Jr and Harry Hogwarts are very excited. There will be picnics all over the island, (Tracy puffs past by with some wagons and a caboose) and the magnificent brass band, (the Brass band start playing) and the biggest carnival Fantasyland will ever see. (Tillie with some foolish freight cars puffs past with Toyland Express banking at the end) All the engines are working hard, (Rustee Rails and Montana with some freight cars puff past) and everyone is excited. The day is Fantasyland's greatest celebration. Casey and Harry are racing to the wharf. Whoever arrives first will get a special's special.
  • Casey Jr: (laughs while Thomas Bandicoot and Emily Bandicoot shovel some coal into his boiler) I will win!
  • Narrator: Casey tooted.
  • Harry Hogwarts: (laughs as well while Popeye and Bluto shovel some coal into his boiler as well) No, I will!
  • Narrator: Harry whistled. And on they raced, faster than the wind, and more daring than darting arrows.
  • Thomas and James are racing, racing to the Wharf.
  • Everyone likes to be the first, not second, third or fourth!
  • Pistons pumping wildly, boilers fit to burst,
  • There's something really special for the engine who comes first.
  • Steaming through the countryside, imagine their elation
  • Speeding past the platforms, they're not stopping at the station.
  • Racing under bridges and then rattling round the bends.
  • A very special prize awaits the winner when it ends.
  • (chorus)
  • Children on the bridges, waving as they both rush by.
  • Go so fast, if trains had wings, you'd think they'd start to fly!
  • Wheeshing and then whooshing, oh, but what's that up ahead?
  • It can't be true . . . they'll have to stop . . . the signal's turned to red!
  • Come on, come on, I'll win this race . . .
  • I'll take a rest, then set the pace . . .
  • He's out of puff, he's out of steam . . .
  • Hurray, hurray! The signal's green! (chorus x2)
  • Narrator: Casey and Harry steamed into the wharf. First, was Harry in front! Then, Casey took the lead! The wharf was buzzing. Barges chugged. Cranes swung and freight cars rattled and rolled. Casey and Harry raced by. The little engines whistled and wheesed in surprised at the speed and steam of the big engines. Mr. Croc Percival was waiting. Casey whoosed around the corner, puffing and huffing, just in front of Harry.
  • Casey Jr: I've won!
  • Narrator: Tooted Casey.
  • Casey Jr: Hooray! Bad luck, Harry. Hmph!
  • Narrator: Harry's cheeks went as red as his cheeks.
  • Harry Hogwarts: I'll win on my way back to Oblivion.
  • Croc: Well done, both of you!
  • Narrator: Croc announced loudly.
  • Croc: Harry, you are to unload barges her at the wharf.
  • Narrator: Harry smiled. He liked that job. Now he didn't mind losing the race.
  • Croc: And the special's special goes to the winner, Casey!
  • Narrator: Casey liked that job!
  • Croc: You are to work with Dougal's Train, who will bring lumber from the hills down to the wharf, and it's a very important job.
  • Thomas Bandicoot: What?!
  • Narrator: Thomas cried. Casey wheeshed a whiff of steam. He was dissapointed that he wanted to work at the wharf, and Dougal's Train was tricky, and liked to tease the big engines, especially Casey and his crew.
  • Croc: Train!
  • Narrator: Croc added.
  • Croc: Please look after Casey.
  • Dougal's Train: Croc says that because you main line engines don't know the tracks and the hills?!
  • Narrator: Train teased.
  • Emily Bandicoot: Yes, we do. Croc wants us to work with you, because you little engines can only carry small loads.
  • Narrator: Emily teased back. Train huffed crossly away. Later, at the Transfer yards, Casey was waiting for Train. Train puffed in.
  • Casey Jr: Is that all the lumber you can pull?
  • Narrator: Casey teased.
  • Thomas Bandicoot: Harry is waitng for us at the wharf.
  • Emily Bandicoot: Yes, and we can't wait for you all day.
  • Narrator: That made Train cross. Casey pumped his pistons and was ready to leave because his trucks were now pilled with logs. Then Train had a cheeky idea.
  • Dougal's Train: I'll show you a quick way back to the wharf, but will let you go over Rolling Bridge, that is very high.
  • Narrator: Casey and his crew were not sure.
  • Dougal's Train: You big engines aren't scared of high bridges, are you?!
  • Narrator: Asked Train.
  • Casey Jr: (grumpily) No, we're not!
  • Narrator: Puffed Casey crossly.
  • Casey Jr: I like high bridges! Now, please, show me the way to rolling river bridge!
  • Narrator: And so the two engines steamed off. The two engines came to a junction. Train puffed.
  • Dougal's Train: Take this old track to the bridge. It's downhill from the other side straight to the wharf.
  • Narrator: Casey's signal was green. Casey tooted.
  • Casey Jr: Thanks, Train.
  • Narrator: Casey and his engine crew puffed off, but Train didn't know that the high bridge wasn't safe, and had not been used for a very long time. Casey chuffed slowly toward the bridge. The bridge looked very long. It was very high. A ravine was very deep. Casey, feeling a little scared, could hear rocks falling into the ravine.
  • Casey Jr: I like high bridges, but this one is really high. Maybe if I chuff slowly, I'll reach the other side.
  • Narrator: Casey puffed bravely. Wheel turn by wheel turn, Casey edged onto the bridge.
  • Casey Jr: I am brave, and I am strong, I'll chuff to the wharf, it won't be long.
  • Narrator: He chuffed to himself. He was only half way across the bridge. The sound of the fallen rocks was louder. The bridge was starting to shudder and shake. Casey didn't like it at all, but wanted to get to the other side, and heard a mighty crack. Part of the bridge in front came away from the rocks.
  • Casey Jr: Cinders and ashes! I must get back to safety.
  • Narrator: Casey cried. He was very scared. He started to reserve back and puffed slowly and carefully. Then there was another mighty crack! A large piece of the bridge broke and fell into the ravine below. With the biggest puff that he had ever huffed, Casey puffed backwards onto the hillside. Just as the last part of the bridge roared and swung over the great ravine, Casey gasped and peared down to the broken bridge below.
  • Casey Jr: I'm safe. Oh, flatten my funnel!
  • Narrator: Casey puffed back to the junction. He saw that there was another track.
  • Casey Jr: (whistles) Maybe if this track goes to the wharf too.
  • Narrator: Whistled Casey. And he rattled away down the steep track. The track was covered in thick brambles and bushes. They scrunched and scratched as Casey and his crew chuffed through them.
  • Casey Jr: Phew! No-one has been down here for a very long time.
  • Narrator: He huffed. And he puffed on. Then Casey gasped. He had arrived at a hidden town. It was overgrown, rusty, and very old.
  • Thomas Bandicoot: Bubbling boilers!
  • Narrator: Thomas cried. There were lots of old buildings and a station covered ivy.
  • Emily Bandicoot: What a funny place to have a town!
  • Narrator: Emily tooted. Casey was very excited.
  • Casey Jr: I wonder what else I'll find.
  • Narrator: Casey wheeshed. He chuffed to a halt.
  • Casey Jr, Thomas Bandicoot, and Emily Bandicoot: Fizzling fireboxes!
  • Narrator: Casey, Thomas, and Emily cried. They had never seen such an amazing site.
  • Casey Jr: There are so many buildings! It must have been a very large town.
  • Narrator: He cried.
  • Casey Jr: That looks like part of a tower!
  • Narrator: Casey was very excited about this.
  • Casey Jr: I must tell everyone about this!
  • Narrator: He tooted loudly. Casey bumped and bashed his way along the old track. He had to spread the news. Thomas blew the whistle as hard as could.
  • Thomas Bandicoot: Someone must hear me.
  • Narrator: He thought. So he blew Casey's whistle again. Suddenly, a horn beeped.
  • Emily Bandicoot: That's Susie!
  • Narrator: She smiled. Susie was surprised to see Casey.
  • Casey Jr: Susie! I've discovered an old town. It is hidden in the forest.
  • Narrator: Emily called excitedly.
  • Susie: Fenders and flatbeds!
  • Narrator: Susie cried.
  • Susie: I must tell everyone about this!
  • Narrator: Susie found Mighty Mac at the crossing.
  • Susie: Casey has discovered a hidden town. Please tell everyone!
  • Narrator: She tooted loudly. Mighty Mac told Little Chug, who told Tom Jerry, who told Rasmus, who told Croc, and Pedro, who eventually flew off to find Mickey Mouse, who had been having tea, and saw Pedro.
  • Pedro: Casey has discovered a hidden town!
  • Narrator: Mickey was very excited.
  • Mickey Mouse: Take me to Casey at once.
  • Narrator: He boomed. Soon, Casey, Thomas, Emily, and Mickey arrived at the town.
  • Casey Jr: There you are, Sir.
  • Narrator: Casey wheeshed. Mickey beamed from his ears to his tail.
  • Mickey Mouse: Casey, you have made a great discovery. This is the town of Pallet Town.
  • Narrator: Casey gasped. He and the others had heard great stories about Pallet Town. Mickey said.
  • Mickey Mouse: When steam engines first came to Sodor, this was the main town. It was called Pallet Town. The waterworks, here, provided water for everyone.
  • Thomas Bandicoot: Why does no-one live here now?
  • Narrator: Thomas asked.
  • Mickey Mouse: When all the people left to live in new towns, they thought that the town of Pallet Town was lost forever.
  • Casey Jr: But now it is found.
  • Narrator: Emily cheered. Mickey smiled.
  • Mickey Mouse: Thanks to you and your crew, I'll telephone Mister Geppetto straight away, and I'm very proud of you three.
  • Narrator: Casey felt really important. He tooted.
  • Casey Jr: Thank you, Mickey. Hooray!
  • Narrator: Mickey arrived at Oblivion sheds. The engines were very proud of Casey. Mickey boomed.
  • Mickey Mouse: The town of Pallet Town is to be restored in time for Fantasyland day. The restoration will be a lot of work.
  • Tootle: What does restoration mean?
  • Narrator: Tootle whispered quietly. He was puzzled. Montana groaned loudly.
  • Montana: That is when you make something old to look as good as new.
  • Narrator: All the engines were pleased. Mickey added. He gave the engines each an important job. They whistled and tooted.
  • Mickey Mouse: There are many jobs to do. Now I will telephone Daisy Duck, we will need the construction of the Fantasyland company.
  • Narrator: Mickey telephoned Daisy Duck.
  • Mickey Mouse: Daisy, Casey has discovered the old town of Pallet Town. We need the help of Jack and his team to rebuild it. It must be ready in time for Fantasyland day.
  • Daisy Duck: How exciting! They will be delighted to help. I'll tell them right away, Sir.
  • Narrator: Daisy said. So Daisy went to see Jack and his team.
  • Jack: We will work harder than ever!
  • Narrator: Jack hooted excitedly. At the depot, Croc gathered his engines and spoke loudly.
  • Croc: You will all be very busy! I know you will all do your very best!
  • Narrator: Croc said as the engines alll whistled tooted happily.
  • Chorus: Jobs a-plenty, five, ten, twenty – jobs for everyone. Jobs galore, and still there's more, more jobs that must be done! Train it, crane it – you name it – then we all can say: The town that time forgot will shine like new on Sodor Day! There's jobs for main line engines And narrow gauge as well. Jobs for workmen in the woods With trees to clear and fell. And guess who's trying hardest To do more than the rest? It's Thomas! But the others know They all will do their best. Emily and Gordon Take fallen trees and rocks. James and Edward bringing stone, While Henry's at the Docks. And Toby drops off workmen To work with Jack and Ned When Percy drops supplies. No time to rest at Tidmouth Sheds. (Chorus x3) The town that time forgot will shine like new on Sodor Day!
  • Narrator: But at Oblivion sheds, Mickey was talking to Casey.
  • Mickey Mouse: Casey, why don't you, Thomas, and Emily go find all the lost and hidden tracks around the town? And because you discovered Pallet Town, I'll give the most important job of all. You're in charge of all the work.
  • Narrator: Mickey added. Casey was pleased. He puffed proudly.
  • Casey Jr: Fizzling fireboxes! Sounds simple, right, Sir?
  • Mickey Mouse: Not really, Casey, but I'll also send another engine from the main land to do your usual jobs.
  • Narrator: Casey didn't take any notice of this. He was too busy thinking about taking jobs at Pallet Town. The next morning, Mickey had arrived at the docks to meet a new engine. Even Cranky was excited. Suddenly, there was a loud sound of pistons pumping. From behind the cloud of steam, a new steam engine puffed slowly out. He was a Polar Express Baldwin 2-8-4 steam engine with a coal tender and some polar express coaches.
  • Narrator: Mickey boomed.
  • Mickey Mouse: This is Johnson. Welcome to Fantasyland, Johnson.
  • Narrator: Rustee Rails gasped.
  • Rustee Rails: Oh my word! Whatever will Casey say?
  • Narrator: Casey didn't know that Johnson had arrived because he was busy when he had found lot of hidden tracks. He puffed proudly along to his new engine sheds. Harry puffed up. Casey tooted grandly.
  • Casey Jr: Look at my new engine sheds! While I'm in charge, I'll want to have time to puff back to Oblivion sheds.
  • Narrator: But Harry wasn't interested in Casey's engine shed. Harry snorted.
  • Harry Hogwarts: I've just met the new engine! His name is Johnson. He's very friendly. Everyone likes him. I think he does your jobs very well.
  • Narrator: Casey was surprised! Suddenly, his new shed looked very important.
  • Narrator: The next day, Casey had to pull heavy freight cars of stone to the docks. He stopped at the washdown and saw a new 2-8-4 steam engine.
  • Casey Jr: That must be Johnson.
  • Narrator: He puffed to himself. Johnson and Tootle were playing and joking. Both engines had told the workmen to pour on more bubbles. Tootle was giggling and Johnson was laughing ever harder. Ha-ha! Casey felt left out, but then whistled to his friend. Tootle was too busy having that he didn't notice Casey. Casey puffed sadly away and was upset. Later, Casey stopped at a junction. Montana was waiting. Suddenly, with a whoosh and whistle, Johnson raced onto the main line with Casey's passengers, who were having a wonderful time and clattered straight past Casey.
  • Montana: (with 7 red coaches) Johnson knows how to have fun.
  • Narrator: Montana decleared. Casey watched Johnson and didn't think it was fun at all. That night, Casey puffed into Oblivion sheds. He was very tired. Tonight, he wanted to be with his friends.
  • Thomas Bandicoot: (gasps) Cinders and ashes!
  • Narrator: Thomas gasped. Johnson was in his birth. Johnson blew a high sound from himself. Then Montana blew a low sound. Then Tillie trundled a sound no-one heard before. All the engines whooshed and whished with laughter.
  • Johnson: Hello. You must be Casey Jr.
  • Narrator: Whistled Johnson.
  • Toyland Express, Rustee Rails, Montana, Harry Hogwarts, and Tootle: Hello, Casey.
  • Narrator: Chuckled the other engines. But Casey wasn't chucking. He hated Johnson doing his jobs, pulling his passengers, and being everyone's best friend, laughing at Oblivion sheds was the worst. He chuffed.
  • Casey Jr: I must go back to Pallet Town. I have to work to do.
  • Narrator: He wished Johnson had never come to Fantasyland. The next day, Casey was extra busy, and wanted everyone to see he was better than Johnson. Casey collected Jack and Emily began to tell him.
  • Emily Bandicoot: I need you all to work harder than you've ever worked.
  • Jack: Don't worry, Casey, I'll think Ned and Oliver are the best, and Max and Monty are dumping loads that they are so dizzy.
  • Narrator: Casey smiled. He liked being in charge. Casey wanted to show everyone that he can do everything. Next, he was pulling some heavy freight cars. Then there was trouble. Casey began puffing too fast round the bend that he toppled off the track and his load crashed down the bank. Luckily, no one was hurt, but Casey said.
  • Casey Jr: Oh dear.
  • Narrator: Mickey arrived with Toyland Express and Rocky. He was cross. Casey didn't want to go the repair yard and wanted to stay in charge. Mickey added.
  • Mickey Mouse: Casey, you will go to the repair yard. Johnson will take your place in charge at Pallet Town.
  • Narrator: This was the worst news ever for Casey, Thomas, and Emily, who were so upset. Rocky lowered Casey onto Toyland Express's flatbed. Slowly, Toyland Express puffed away from Great Waterton. Toyland Express had to stop at a red signal, which was broken, but the workers did not know long it was going to take to fix. Johnson chuffed cheerfully towards them, whistled, and puffed away.
  • Johnson: Bad luck, Casey!
  • Narrator: In the distance, they could hear the other engines 'Welcome, Johnson!'. Casey was cross. He hooted. Mickey shouted.
  • Mickey Mouse: We're going to be late! And it's all Casey's fault.
  • Casey Jr: I've found Pallet Town. I'll be back. I'll be charge again. Then everyone will see I'm more useful than Johnson.
  • Thomas Bandicoot: (fixes the signal) Not long now.
  • Emily Bandicoot: (until it finally says green for go when she and Thomas both fall down) It's fixed!
  • Narrator: Finally, after fixing the signal, Toyland Express's signal changed to green.
  • Mickey Mouse: Wait, Toyland Express, Rocky's about to put Emily.
  • Narrator: But Toyland Express didn't hear. He was too busy puffing on. Thomas and Emily jumped onto the back of Rocky as Toyland Express puffed away. Soon, Casey was as good as new. He tooted.
  • Casey Jr: Now I can go back to Pallet Town once again.
  • Narrator: Casey and his crew couldn't wait. Casey chuffed cheerfully away out of the yard. Casey was happy to see his friend Tootle. He tooted.
  • Casey Jr: Hello, Tootle! I thought Shelbert would pick up the workmen.
  • Tootle: Hello, Casey! Johnson's given me extra jobs because he says I can give smooth rides. Tomorrow, he and I can going to work on the tower.
  • Narrator: Tootle peeped. Casey didn't want to hear about Johnson. He was upset. Next, Casey found Jack, Monty and Max, who were very busy.
  • Jack: Come on, you two! Let's make Johnson very proud. He's just told us to fill in three holes, but we've only filled in one.
  • Narrator: Jack cried. Casey tooted.
  • Casey Jr: Hello!
  • Narrator: But Jack, Max, and Monty were too busy to take notice. Casey was even more upset. He felt as if he didn't matter at all. He puffed sadly away. But poor Casey forgot about feeling so sad when he puffed into Pallet Town railway station. He was starting to look if it must have been done long ago. He cried.
  • Casey Jr: Bubbling boilers! This is exciting!
  • Narrator: Then Casey saw Johnson. He was with Mickey. Mickey saw Casey. He boomed.
  • Mickey Mouse: Come here!
  • Johnson: Hello, Casey!
  • Narrator: Steamed Johnson. Casey tooted back, but very quietly. Mickey decleared.
  • Mickey Mouse: Johnson has done a great job. Work is moving fast. So I have decided that Johnson will stay in charge and you will help him.
  • Narrator: Casey's funnel flattened. Johnson is to stay charge?! Casey has lost his most important job of all?! The job, that he wants more than ever else? That afternoon, Johnson asks Casey to shunt some freight cars. Johnson chuffed cheerly.
  • Johnson: You're the best shunter ever, Casey. I'll be back for the freight cars very soon.
  • Narrator: Casey is really good at shunting freight cars. He also likes shunting freight cars. He hates Johnson telling him what to do. He chuffs unhappily up to the freight cars. He wants things back, before Johnson has arrived on time. Casey shunts lots of freight cars. Johnson has to take them up the steep hill out of Pallet Town to the wharf. An idea suddenly flies into Casey's funnel. He puffed to himself. (two devil horns appear underneath his headlamp and a devil tail appear on his coal tender) I know you are up to something, Casey, but I doubt that's a very good idea to shunt too many freight cars for Johnson when he comes back for them.
  • Casey Jr: If I shunt an extra load of freight cars to the others, Johnson will not even pull them. Everyone will see he's not so strong after all and I will be in charge again.
  • Narrator: Soon the cars are ready. They are very, very heavy. Johnson chuffs back. He puffed.
  • Johnson: My, my! That's a very long train!
  • Casey Jr: Not for a strong engine like you.
  • Narrator: Tooted Casey. But Casey knew it was too long and too heavy. Johnson started up the hill. It was very steep. Johnson was doing his best. Johnson was using up all his huff and his puff. The cars clanked and creaked. The train was far too heavy. Johnson's wheels spun and slid. Suddenly, the coupling snapped, and Johnson's cars rolled away, faster and faster! The engines gasped as Johnson's train came running down the hill.
  • Casey Jr, Harry Hogwarts, Shelbert, and Montana: (all scream) Aaaahh! Aaah! Aaaaaghhh! Aaaaaaaaaaaah!
  • Thomas Bandicoot: (when his hat and corn cob pipe fall off his head and out of his mouth as he ducks) Duck!
  • Emily Bandicoot: (as her hat and corn cob pip fall off and out of her mouth as she also ducks as well) Run!
  • Stepney Bandicoot: Yikes! (as his hat falls off his head when he ducks)
  • Little Tim: Look out! (as Little Tim runs away and hides underneath Stepney)
  • Knuckles: We're under attack!
  • Shadow: Oh no!
  • Popeye: Well, blow me down!
  • Bluto: Oh! It's coming!
  • Narrator: It smashed into the tower! As the tower crashed to the ground, some bricks and dust exploded everywhere. (a cloud of orange smoke appears as the engines and their workers alll cough and splutter) All the hard work was wasted. The engines gasped in horror. Poor Casey felt worst of all. He knew it was all his fault.
  • Casey Jr: Whoops...
  • Narrator: I guess that wasn't the right thing for Johnson, eh, Casey?
  • Narrator: Mickey and Daisy came to see what had happened. Mickey boomed.
  • Mickey Mouse: This is a disaster! Casey, why did you shunt so many freight cars for Johnson? Casey felt terrible, and knew why he had done, but couldn't tell Mickey and the other engines, except feel too ashamed of himself and said nothing. Mickey was very cross. The other engines started to whisper to each other. Harry snorted.
  • Harry Hogwarts: Casey doesn't like Johnson. That's why he shunted too many freight cars for him.
  • Shelbert: Why would he do such a thing?
  • Narrator: Asked Shelbert. Tootle, feeling too worried, peeped.
  • Tootle: Casey would never do that.
  • Narrator: Casey felt very bad. He puffed slowly away. Casey found an old track. He wanted to be alone. He puffed sadly.
  • Casey Jr: I don't think the other engines want around here. I wish I wasn't here at all.
  • Narrator: Johnson puffed towards Casey. He could see that Casey was feeling very sad and all alone. He felt very sorry for Casey. He chuffed to himself.
  • Johnson: Casey feels bad.
  • Narrator: Later, Mickey called the engines together. He announced sternly as the engines gasped.
  • Mickey Mouse: Now, Pallet Town may not be ready for Fantasyland day, Miss Jenny's crew will load the rubble into the freight cars tonight, but this means extra work for all of you. Tomorrow, you will start to shunt the freight cars away to the sidings.
  • Montana: Ha! You call yourself a shunting engine, Casey?
  • Harry Hogwarts: You useless little worm.
  • Tootle: When are you going to get it into your head...
  • Johnson: ...that you are no longer wanted to be let down?
  • Narrator: The engines said and chuffed angrily away. That night, all the other engines were asleep in their sheds, but not Casey. Jack and Alfie had already loaded the cars of rubble.
  • Casey Jr: If I shunt all the freight cars away to the sidings, the tracks will be clear in the morning, then everyone will like me again.
  • Narrator: Casey wanted to do something to get his old job back. He and his crew began shunting all of the freight cars. Casey worked very hard. He felt very pleased with himself, but suddenly spotted a freight car, which had rolled in front of an old mine shaft. Casey smiled.
  • Casey Jr: Hang on, Thomas and Emily, I'll soon fix that.
  • Narrator: Then there was trouble. Casey, while Thomas in his short sleeved pyjamas, and Emily in her short short sleeved pyjamas were asleep, biffed the freight car, which rolled forwards and disspeared into the mine. Casey exclaimed.
  • Casey Jr: Cinders and ashes! Where has that freight car gone?! I must finish the job! I'll soon find that car!
  • Narrator: Casey peered inside, although it was very dark, he was happy to have a nice bright light. He saw the freight car rolling along and dissapearing round the bend. Casey puffed.
  • Casey Jr: Bust my buffers! I'd better go after it!
  • Narrator: The slope was very steep. Casey whished down it and clattered around the bend. Casey whoosed up and down he whished. Casey whistled and cried as Thomas and Emily scream when they both woke up.
  • Casey Jr: Whee! Woohoo! You can't get away from me!
  • Narrator: Casey whistled happily. He had almost caught up to the freight car. Although his ride was very scary, it was very exciting. Casey couldn't see a junction ahead. The freight car raced down the right track and Casey sped down the left. Casey had lost the runaway car. His rollercoaster was so much fun that Casey soon didn't remember the freight car. Then there was trouble. The tunnel was blocked. Casey cried.
  • Casey Jr: Oh dear!
  • Narrator: Casey tried to brake, but was too late, then crashed straight through the blocked tunnel, he landed into a pool with a mighty splash. He gasped.
  • Casey Jr: Fizzling fireboxes! This tunnel is flooded!
  • Narrator: It didn't feel fun anymore, except scary. Casey wheeshed quietly and Thomas and Emily both fell asleep.
  • Casey Jr: I wish I was back at Pallet Town. Cinders and ashes! Help!
  • Narrator: Casey gasped as he drifted slowly forward and floated along the tunnel. There was nothing he could do. He tooted aloud as he could. There was no-one here to hear his whistle. Casey wailed.
  • Casey Jr: No-one will find me now. No-one will want to find me.
  • Narrator: The next morning, Johnson, Harry, Montana, Tootle, Toyland Express, Rustee, Tillie, and Shelbert had arrived for work, as Johnson asked.
  • Johnson: Where's Casey?
  • Narrator: The engines looked. Casey wasn't there. They all thought hard. Nobody knew where Casey was. Harry was worried and asked the little engines. He puffed.
  • Harry Hogwarts: Have any of you seen Casey?
  • Narrator: None of the little engines had seen Casey either. Tootle called Jack and his team and peeped.
  • Tootle: We can't find Casey. Do you know where he is?
  • Narrator: Jack and his team thought hard, but none of them had seen Casey. Casey drifted along the tunnel. He could see that he was moving faster. He cried as he raced through the tunnel.
  • Casey Jr: Cinders and ashes!
  • Narrator: Mickey was called. Toyland Express, Tillie, and Tootle puffed, peeped, and whistled.
  • Toyland Express, Tillie, and Tootle: Sir, Casey is vanishing! No-one knows where he is! And I miss him!
  • Mickey Mouse: This is very strange. This is a state of emergency. Everyone must look for Casey.
  • Narrator: Boomed Mickey. Everyone agreed. And they had to find Casey at once.
  • Chorus: Where, oh where is Thomas, where has Thomas gone? Perhaps he's playing hide and seek, or something's really wrong. Sir Topham Hatt has spoken "Thomas must be found," So everyone is searching every inch of Sodor ground. The engines search the sidings and every length of track. They look for him round Tidmouth Sheds: The front, the side, the back. The children get a day off school to hunt for you-know-who And even Lady Hatt joins in, in case she finds a clue. Where, oh where is Thomas, where has Thomas gone? Perhaps he's playing hide and seek, or something's really wrong. Sir Topham Hatt has spoken "Thomas must be found," So everyone is searching, but look who's underground. Thomas is having a whale of a time. He's trapped inside a disused mine. He's rocking and rolling down the flooded track. He just can't say when he's coming back! He just can't say when he's coming back! Meanwhile up above him, Jeremy flies high. Harold too is swooping low across the Sodor sky.Everyone is searching, Salty at the docks. Bertie, Terence, everyone, behind each ragged rock. Where, oh where is Thomas, where has Thomas gone? Perhaps he's playing hide and seek, or something's really wrong. Sir Topham Hatt has spoken "Thomas must be found," So everyone is searching every inch of Sodor ground. So everyone is searching every inch of Sodor ground.
  • Narrator: Deep inside the mine, Casey went up down and up around about, and the water roared about him. Mickey drove and drove to every look out point. High in the hills, the narrow gauge engines puffed and peared, but no-one could find Casey. Mickey stood beside the tumbled tower. Everyone was tired. They all tried hard, but failed, and were all tired out. Tootle peeped.
  • Tootle: Sir, we have to find Casey. He found Pallet Town. It's his town. We can't let the open go without him!
  • Narrator: All the engines agreed. Mickey boomed.
  • Tootle: You're quite right, Tootle, we must find Casey.
  • Narrator: Johnson also knew how important Casey was. He chuffed thoughtfully away. A train of freight cars was waiting for him. Although he was coupled up to them, he was thinking about Casey, and thought back to the day when he was hauling Casey's passengers and the evening where he was in his birth and the mistake!
  • Johnson: Casey isn't a bad engine, he's a sad one, but I wonder if he's running away because he thinks the others hate him, I think I'll go up the hills to say we all miss him because he's hiding high up in the hills.
  • Narrator: Johnson thought and raced away to the hills. In the dark tunnels, Casey was very scared, washed and waved forward. His fire had gone out and his boiler was cold, because Thomas and Emily were also cold too. Johnson was high up in the hills. He whistled only to find his echo coming back.
  • Johnson: Where are you, Casey? We miss you.
  • Narrator: The river was rushing and Casey whooshed with it off into the darkness. Suddenly, he crashed through a thick wall of bushes, flew across the ravine, and hit the ground with a bump. Casey slid down a hill. Trees and rocks were everywhere. Casey cried.
  • Casey Jr: Help!
  • Narrator: At last, Casey came to a complete stop at the bottom of the hill, and was now stuck. He spat out some disguting bits. Thomas and Emily, after waking up and changing into their engineer clothes, start to think on how they were going to get onto an old bit of track. Casey could do nothing, except wait, and hope. Johnson had looked everywhere, unable to find Casey, and would have to go back to work at Pallet Town. Casey remembered the time about his accidents with Johnson's freight cars smashing into the broken tower.
  • Casey Jr: I wish I hadn't make Johnson pulling all those freight cars. I hated him doing all my jobs. And now look where I am. I am a really silly engine.
  • Narrator: Casey thought. He wished to be back with his friends. Johnson decided to blow his whistle one last time and whistled loud and long and forced Casey to do the same as well to let Johnson find and rescue him.
  • Johnson: There you are, Casey! Where have you been, running away from us?
  • Casey Jr: Johnson! Boy, am I glad to see you. I was trying to be a really useful engine. I've been having a great adventure. I'm sorry that I was horrible to you for being in charge. Can you be my friend?
  • Johnson: We'll be good friends, of course. I can do it!
  • Narrator: Soon, Johnson was coupled to Casey. Johnson huffed and puffed because there was lots of water in his firebox, despite of not giving up, Casey was very heavy. Johnson, with a mighty heave, pulled Casey back onto the track. Casey tooted.
  • Casey Jr: Hooray!
  • Narrator: Then there was a very loud crack! The gauges in Johnson's cab. Although Johnson was a very strong engine, he felt very sad, because pulling Casey was too much, and Johnson couldn't move.
  • Casey Jr: Don't worry, I'll shunt you. There you go, Johnson.
  • Narrator: Casey tooted. Johnson smiled. Casey was his new friend. The fireman put Johnson's dry coal into Casey's firebox, which made Casey's boiler bubbling, and his steam was wheeshing. Casey and Johnson both smiled together. And puff by puff, Casey shunted Johnson along the track. It was very hard work. Casey had to puff up hills and through bushes. Casey doesn't mind. He is proud to push Johnson back home. Finally the two engines puffed into Pallet Town. The two feel tired, but never feel happier. Toyland Express, Rustee, Tillie, and Rocky are busy working and toot their horns as they see Casey and Johnson. Soon, the sound of engines' whistles are echoing around Pallet Town, and the news are spreading about Fantasyland.
  • Tom Jerry, Rasmus, Little Chug, Choo Choo, Steam Lokey, Dougal Train, Mighty Mac and Fearless Freddie: (together) Casey is found!
  • Narrator: The small engines cried. Croc beamed with pride. Mater told Harvey, who told Hick Chicks.
  • Harvey: Casey is home! He's back forever!
  • Narrator: Bill told Ben, who told Molly, and the three engines cheered and whistled, that they felt so jolly. All the diesels met in the sidings. They couldn't believe such wonderful tidings. Tootle proudly exclaimed to Montana, Shelbert, and Harry.
  • Tootle: My best friend is found!
  • Narrator: Pete told Tillie along the coast track.
  • Pete: Have you heard the news? Casey is back.
  • Narrator: Daisy told Jack, who told his team.
  • Jack and the Pack: Hooray! Hoorah! Yay!
  • Narrator: Harold touched down to find Lightning McQueen, who tooted and honked until he made such a fuss, when he found Minnie Mouse, who whooped and waved, Minnie told her husband.
  • Minnie Mouse: Fantasyland is safe!
  • Cranky: Casey has been found.
  • Narrator: Cranky cranked loudly. The cheers and the cheering were a marvellous sound. Mickey proclaimed very grandly.
  • Mickey Mouse: Johnson saved Casey and Casey saved Johnson.
  • Narrator: The next morning, Casey puffed into Pallet Town. Tootle and Johnson were working to repair the old tower. It was almost finished. Casey smiled. Now he is happy that Johnson has come to Fantasyland. He soon has wonderful friends. Now they all work happily together. He puffed to himself.
  • Casey Jr: How I wanted to be more important than any of them.
  • Narrator: Later, Mickey arrived. The tower was finished. It looked magnificent. Mickey beemed.
  • Mickey Mouse: Well done to you all. Pallet Town is now ready for Fantasyland day.
  • Casey Jr: Please, Sir, can Johnson bring Geopetto to the opening?
  • Narrator: Tooted Casey. Mickey said.
  • Mickey Mouse: That was your job. Are you sure?
  • Casey Jr: Yes, sir, surely than surely.
  • Narrator: Casey smiled. Fantasyland day arrived. Johnson puffed proudly in with Geopetto. Casey was pleased and impressed. Geopetto, Mickey, and Minnie stood by the new tower.
  • Mickey Mouse: Pallet Town is no longer lost. Welcome to Pallet Town.
  • Narrator: Then everyone looked up. They could hear the whirl of a jet plane. It was Jeremy and all the whole town of Pallet Town. All the engines whistled and wheeshed. Jack and his team cheered. And everyone clapped. Casey smiled. Ha! He wants to be the leader of the track, but can't help being happier, and puffs proudly.
  • Casey Jr: (Mickey gives Thomas a grey waistcoat with a red bowtie and Minnie gives Emily a dark blue waistcoat and a black bowtie and a pool table with spotted and striped balls) We are all leaders of the track.
  • Chorus: Thomas, he's the cheeky one, James is vain but lots of fun. Percy pulls the mail on time, Gordon thunders down the line. Emily really knows her stuff, Henry toots and Edward puffs. Stanley, he's the new one there, Toby, well, let's say, he's square. (repeat) It's Thomas (Thomas), You're the leader (leader).
