The Great Journey is a first person shooter XBox 360 game based on the Halo universe.

Story

Basic Storyline

In the game, the player is an Elite named Abu. You start off in Voi before the Master Chief gets there and then travel to Installation 03 where you are for two levels (explained in the levels section) and your journey brings you to a place in New Mombasa that has been untouched by the slispace, where you have to disable a Loyalist Scarab and after a Flood Infested In Amber Clad crashes you must fight your way back through the city where you must then activate it's engines cores to destroy the city. Afterwards you board the Forerunner Dreadnaught staging an attempt to assassinate the Prophet of Truth. Starting off in the lower portions of the ship and after killing a second scrab you travel into the second gameplay level, where you then travel onto a platform where you have to fight two scrabs at once. After destroying them the platforms brings you to the upper level where you fight four at once. After killing them you hear that the ship has traveled to the Ark and Truth had escaped. You travel to the part of the ship known as "The Apex" where you have to fight Hankus and his Hunter bodyguard Natt Joro. After this you travel to High Charity to rescue Utra Gumamee but you find he has been infected by the flood and you kill him, only to find Master Chief has destroyed the engine and you get to a ledge and escape via a Banshee. After that you return to Sanghelios, everything is seemingly normal, until. A bright blue streak appears in the sky and crashes in a nearby trench. You learn that it is a part of the UNSC vessel "Forward Unto Dawn" and it contained a single Infection Form that has infected most of the Sangheili town of Geidi Prime and that they have commandeered two Scarabs. You have to find this ship and on your way there you have to fight legions of Flood, along with the two scarabs. Once you get to the crashsite you enter it to see a UNSC AI crying and learn that it is Cortana, and there lying on the ground is Master Chief, dead. After this Flood attacks you and you have to fight them. The ending I will reveal in the Levels section.

Playable Characters

  • Player 1: Abu
  • Player 2: Jun
  • Player 3: Codee
  • Player 4: Salos

The game is fairly similar to Halo. It has the same difficulty settings (easy, normal, heroic and legendary), has the same controls and actions and there is one possible ending, with no different paths the player can take throughout the game.

New Features

The Covenant has a few new features not in (but maybe mentioned) in Halo. These features include:

  • More weapons added (see weapons)

  • New enemies (see enemies)

  • New multiplayer game type- Bot Mode- Player can play against AI characters in multiplayer instead of other players. These are Grunts, Elites, Jackal, or Hunters

Single Player

Single player mode is a campaign as Abu. Although it is called single player, many other players can play in co-op.

Multiplayer

For multiplayer matches, it is similar to Halo multiplayer mode; it has the same game types plus one extra (see new features), and is played on maps not used in the campaign. Up to 16 players can play altogether (either by means of a system link or Xbox live), and can compete in free for all or team games.

Enemies

To reduce spoilers i've instead decided not to reveal new enemies until after each Campaign Mission. Here are some of the more "common" enemies you'll be facing.

Grunts

Some useful tips:

    • Can be dispatched with a few body shots and are weak against ballistic weapons.
    • Are dangerous in groups and the higher the rank, the more likely thay are to throw plasma grenades
    • Have 10 health points.
    • Ranking Scheme is as follows:
      • Minor
      • Major
      • Heavy
    • Will weild the following weapons:

Jackals

Some useful tips:

    • Use a charged Plasma pistol shot to take down their shield and quickly switch to a carbine for a headshot.
    • When in groups use grenades to your advantage.
    • They usually lead several Grunts into battle, always target a leading Jackal first.
    • The ones armed with Carbines generally do not activate their shield right away, try to pick them off with a headshot before they do this.
    • Have 15 health points.
    • Ranking Scheme is as follows:
      • Minor
      • Major
    • Will weild the following weapons:

Brutes

Some useful tips:

    • Use a charged plasma pistol shot to take down their power armor and then switch to a Carbine for a headshot.
    • The Needler is a very useful weapon against Brutes, use it whenever you have it at your disposal.
    • Brutes are very vulnerable to their own weapons, pick up and use dropped weapons used by Brutes when they are killed.
    • Take them out quickly, In Halo: The Covenant it is costly to loose too many allies.
    • All Brute Infantry have 20 health points, while all Captains all have 50.
    • Ranking Scheme is as follows:
      • Infantry
        • Infantry Minor
        • Infantry Major
        • Infantry Ultra
      • Captain
        • Captain Minor
        • Captain Major
        • Captain Ultra
    • Weapons are as follows:

Trailer

The trailer opens showing an Elite in Blue armor and a Brute in Crimson armor locked in battle. The Brute throws the Elite to the ground and roars. Then the ELite spies a Gravity Hammer. The Elites scarmbles to get to it but the Brute leaps upon the Elite. The Elite elbows the Brute in the face several time and the Brute lets go and The Elite grips the Gravity Hammer and whirls around and right as he hits the Brute the screen goes to white. And then we see a close up on the Elite's face. "I... am Abu" says the voice of an Elite. "And I am here to stop the Great Journey," as he speaks he zoom in on his eye. "and nothing, not even you will stop me." In his eye is the reflection of a Brute with an Energy Sword, the screen fades to white and we see the title "Halo: The Covenant".

Cover Art

In the center is an Elite with a Gravity Hammer (Abu), and on each side of him is an Elite with and Energy Sword (Codee, and Salos) to the left of Codee is Hankus, Brute Councillor, and to the right of Salos is Jun, the Jackal Sniper. And above them is the title of the game.

Campaign

All new weapons, enemies, and vehicles are listed after every level in a special 'debriefing' section, to reduce spoilers.

Abu

Plot

Abu is simply a cutscene and tutorial level, and can barely be considered a level in its own right. It starts out in space, we can hear The Arbiter speaking, he is telling us about the history about the Covenant. As he is getting to the part about the Civil War it cuts to a scene showing a Brute and an Elite locked in battle. "The Demon had helped us..." as he is saying this it shows Installation 04 blowing up and a longsowrd fighter escaping, "... made us see the truth, passed the Prophet's lies." "We sided with the humans..." it shows an Elite shaking hands with a UNSC soldier and several Grunts in the background. "Then the parasite reappeared, and we knew, that the only place we were going to find any salvation was... Earth..." it shows a ship crashing... ,"But we were already too late." The screen then cuts to black and then fades out to show two Elites talking to each other, the taller one is Abu, the one clad in blue armor, and the one in greenish assault armor is his friend, Codee. Gameplay: Codee tells you to look up, as he holds a strange purple light up. "Good" says Codee as you look up. "Now down here, good." Beleave it or not after doing this you have beaten this level.

Voi

Plot

The level starts out showing Abu and Codee talking about the Great Journey, they are interrupted when an elite clad in white commando armor and Lord Hood enter the armory. Both Elites stand up and bow their heads. "A pleasure to see you Utra." spoke Abu. "And you my son. Codee, Abu, we have a special guest." Utra motions to Lord Hood and he takes off his cap. "In request of the new alliance with the separatists and the UNSC I would like you and Codee seeing as you oth are rather high in rank, to lead a strike team in an attempt to grab a foothold on Voi, and claim it as our territory, if you do succeed it would make future plans involving the Master Chief a whole lot easier, I only have a handful of ships and am willing to use them to their fullest extent against the ship Truth calls "Dreadnaut". Apparently they are planning to place an anti-aircraft battery around the perimeter of the Ark."Explained Lord Hood. "The "Ark"?" said Abu puzzled. "Back on Delta Halo, Commander Miranda Keyes, Sergeant Major Johnson, and The Arbiter, your leader, tried to stop it from Activating. They did.. but only temporarily. The Monitor, or "Oracle" as you call it, mentioned something known as "The Ark" where all of the remaining Halo rings could be fired similtaniously, we can only assume that structure is the Ark. If Truth activates this all life in the galaxy, will cease to exist." continued Lord Hood. "What do you want me to do?" asked Abu. The screen fades to a horizon and on it we see a city, this is Voi. A Phantom zooms by the camera and moves towards Voi. It cuts to see Abu and Codee in the cockpit. Codee is in his green assault armor and Abu is in his blue combat armor. "Drop in E.T.A. 5 minutes." said Codee. The Phantom lands and out hops Abu and Codee, Jun, and several Grunts, one of which is Kindodo. Gameplay begins and you start out with a Plasma Rifle and a Plasma Pistol. You come up to a gate that has been sealed, several of the Grunts on the rooftops will set up Plasma Cannons, these are not accesable. As soon as the nearby SpecOps Grunt yells out that the Brutes are trying to break down the gate run over and grab the other plasma rifle laying on the ground and wait for the gate to fall down, as soon as it does Brute and Grunt Minors will appear. When they do, open fire. As soon as all of the enemies are dead you have to get to an alley for pickup, the Phantom will try to pick you up but will only be shot down by Banshees. Your next objective is the parking lot on the far side of the city. You have to fight through two more lake beds, make sure you pick up the energy sword in the second one, before you come to the warehouse identicle to the one you faced all of the Brute Captains in. There is a sky roof in this one and a Phantom will deploy a Brute Chieftain. To defeat him, simply execute three sword lunges at him. He will drop a Gravity Hammer although there are no enemies to use it against, so this isn't its first official appearance. Step outside the door to trigger a cutscene showing Abu, Jun, and Codee stepping onto a Phantom. It cuts to the Incorruptable. Abu and Codee are accompanied by two Hunters, Ivee and Zoee, to the Ship Control Room. Here Abu sees Utra talking to a Prophet. "Father, who is this "visitor"?" said Abu. "Abu, this is the Prophet of Satire. Satire, tell him." said Utra. And with these words, "I know the secret of the Sacred Rings.", spoken by Satire, the level comes to an end.

Plot

The level starts out shwoing the interior of the Forerunner ship, known as "Dreadnaught". We see empty forerunner corridors. Cut to: Holy Chamber, in the holy chamber we see the Prophet of Truth and a Brute clad in crimson armor similar to that of Brute Chieftains. "Where are the heathens going now, Hankus?" asked the Prophet of Truth to the Brute we now know as Hankus. "I am not certain, but I have a hunch. I have heard tale of a "Prophet Heretic". And I am sure that his sins shall come back to haunt him." Said Hankus. "But where in the blazes could they be going?" Just then we see a Grunt Ultra waddle into the room. "Holy one! I bring bad news." Prophet turned slowly in his chair, his hands rested together. "Let's hear it."Said Truth. "The heretics are mobilizing, they believe they have found another Halo using an item known as a "Legend" that the Prophet has somehow come into possesion of." "Blasted thief stole it from me! Hmph, very well, have our finest fleet follow them through the portal, in the meantime i have a sermon to commense." Cut to: Incorruptable Bridge. "So this legend will open a portal in the center of the ark that will lead to any Halo?" Asked Utra. "Correct."Replied Satire. "So how long..." Utra was interrupted by a bright blue light. Cut to: Bridge window, we see a blue sphere in the sky. "So that is the portal, holy one?" "Yes, we shall enter it and put a stop to their Great Journey!" Cut to: Incorruptable: ext. We see it enter the bright blue sphere. About 2 minutes later several more ships dissappear into the ball of blue flame aswell, these are the members of the loyalist fleet, Fleet of Resolution, lead by Bradtanus, Brute Chieftain. They come out at Halo, Installation 03. It shows a phantom set down at a pine tree covered platue where gameplay commenses. You start this level at a Covenant encampment where you find a lance of Elite lead by a single lower ranking Zealot. There are weapon crates all around the hillside, you start out with a Needler and a Gravity Hammer, feel free to swap your Needler with a Carbine or if you prefer you can keep it. Once you enter the structure there will be several Grunts operating Plasma Cannons on the lower level, if you have a Carbine snipe them from above, if not then pelt them with grenades, or alternativly you can feel free to hop down and give them a ride on the Great Journey with your Gravity Hammer. Once all of the enemies here have been defeated hop down and take on of the Plasma Cannons. Though the next door is a bridge full of enemies waiting to frag your ass, of these include a Brute Chieftain. Drop your turret in a safe place and snipe the other enemies with your Carbine, when enough enemies are dead pick up your turret and fire at the Cheftain, after about five seconds he sould be dead, if not you can drop your turret and go after him with your hammer. Through the next corridor is another room chock full of enemies, this one has Drones in it. They are very dangerous in groups. Kill the Grunts and Brutes with grenades and take out the drones with your turret. Through the next door is another bridge on this one are Brutes with jumpacks. After clearing this bridge you will see a phantom dropping off an AA gun. Luckily this is on your side as your just clearing the hillside for friendly armor. You will receave a message from Utra to get back to the evac point i.e. the start of the level. You will come to the roof of the structure. A enemy phantom will drop off enemy forces, including another Chieftain, if you still have your turret use the same tactic as before. After killing all enemies drop down into the hole and you will find yourself in the same room you faced the Grunts on plasma turrets in, take another turret and head back the way you came. Once through the door you will find yourself back at the start of the level, and unfortunatey very very heavy enemy resistance. Use your turret to pick off the frontline Grunts and Brutes, and switch to a Carbine, via the weapon crares, and snipe the Jackal Snipers. And the finally take out any Brute stragglers with your Hammer, after defeating all enemies it will have a cutscene showing a phantom come and pick you up.

  • Drones have three ranks:
    • Minor
    • Major

Grunt Ultras are not very much different from their counterparts clad in other colors.

  • Watch out! They are prone to stick unwary players with stickies.
  • Use explosives whenever they are at your disposal.
  • Grunt Ultras generally lead groups of Jackal and Drones.

  • Brute Jumppack

These flying fiends will confuse you with death defying jumps.

  • They drop Jumppacks, the most versatile equipment in this game.
  • Use radar jammers whenver possible.

  • Plasma Turret
  • 200 shots

Much like how it si when it is mounted, only that is doesn't have unlimited ammunition.

  • Very useful at close range.
  • It's usefulness diminshes with distance.
  • A true Drone killer.

Snow Gulch

Stop Bradtanus from activating the ring, destroy Halo.

Plot

The level starts out showing Bradtanus's Phantom zooming low over Halo's surface. He has crimson armor and a Plasma Cannon on his back. "The ziggorat should be close by commander." said a lower ranking Brute Chieftain. Bradtanus growled in pleasure. Cut to: Separatist Phantom. Abu, Jun, Codee, and Salos hop out. Gameplay: Alright first things first. This is the first level you get to drive vehicles on. The Phantom has deployed two wraiths. Hop in one and get to the ziggorat, or control room. This level plays much like the last level of Halo 2, but is also similar to the last level in Halo 3 aswell. Along the way you will encounter many Brutes on Choppers, Grunts in shades, and Jackal snipers along the cliff tops. After killing the first wave of troops if you want you can get out of the Wraith and get into the much more fast Brute Chopper. Go around the corner and here you will encounter a shade battery. If you opted for the Chopper earlier you can rely heavily on your invincible allies in the wraiths (or if your playing on co-op, your unvincible allies ;)) to get most of the job done on the shades for you while you make journeys killing the ground troops, WARNING: Most of them have Brute Shots. After destroying them you will travel further along the icy canyon to encounter your first enemy Wraith, heres what you do: Kill all of the infantry, all possible threats to you on foot, and then zoom over in your Chopper (or if you stayed in a Wraith you could simply blast it.) and hop out and board the wraith, and then pummel it to death. After all the enemies are dead rounding the next corner will bring you to the control room building. There are a whole lot of enemies on the ramps that lead up to the door to the control room. As soon as you get close enough to the control room a cutscene will play showing Bradtanus hop out of his phantom and enter the ControL Room. "We have to kill him..." "I know" said Abu, cutting Jun off short. Gameplay: As you prgress further and further up the enemies will increase in rank, and thus, in difficulty. If you want you can always grab a Beam Rifle and procede to snipe all enemies from afar. Or if you're feeling heroic grab an energy sword and kill them all up close. At the top is a Brute Chieftain and two new Jackal, Jackal Ultras with white shields, and they weild needlers. Jun and the others should take care of the Jackal while you take on the Chieftain. Take his Hammer and enter the Control Room where a cutscene will play. Abu and the others enter the control room to see Bradtanus working hard at the control panel. "Bradtanus, stop what you're doing, you're endangering every life from in the galaxy, the rings will kill us all!" yelled Abu. "So please, stop this and come with me." Bradtanus looked up at Abu. "So you're saying the prophets are liars?! THAT THE GREAT JOURNEY IS A LIE??!!" Abu nodded calmly. Bradtanus fell to his knees, appalled by what Abu had said. "Maybe your right, maybe i should come with you." Then out of nowhere Bradtanus started firing wildly with his Plasma Cannon. Gameplay: This is the first of many bosses in Halo: The Covenant. Your best strategy would be to pelt him with grenades until his power armor fails, and then rush in and hit him iwht the Hammer until his power armor recharges and then run back to cover, hit him with grenades, repeart. This can get pretty difficult as the fight progresses as his recharge time quickens, meaning that the fight is drawing to a close. As soon as his helmet falls off a cutscene will play. Abu and Bradtanus go for each others throats, Abu is soon over powered and the Brute is on top now, choking him. bu then kicks him over him and he lands with a thud. Bradtanus then throws down a power drain and Abu gets an idea. He runs for it but is tackled by the Brute. It is just out of his reach as he is pinned down by Bradtanus. He reaches for it, the energy burning his skin. He stretches his arm out as far as it will go and, with a sudden burst of pain, grabs it. Screaming in pain he places the power drain onto Bradtanus's face and he to screams, Abu yanks his hand away, pulling alot of skin off and jumps out of the way just before the power drain explodes. Abu falls to the ground with a thud. He looks at his charred hand. He can still move it correctly. Abu remembers the demo charge he was given to place on Halo's control panel. He runs up to the screen and jams itinto place. "We have less than five minutes to get off this ring!" Yells Abu to his allies. There are four Choppers at the entrance, they hop in them and speed away. Gameplay: You recieve a call from Utra that he has landed the Incorruptable in a nearby valley. All you have to do is follow the canyon until you see the ship, make sure you hit the jump just right or you'll miss the ship. As soon as you hit the ship a cutscene will play showing all 4 choppers pile into the ship. Fade In: The Incorruptable exits the portal just as the ring blows up. Fade to white: Incorruptable, INT. Prophet of Satire is arguing with Truth on a holo screen. "Alright listen up! You honestly think that you can commense onto this 'Great Journey' with out all of the Halos active?" Interrogated Satire. "Oh no brother..." Truth leaned in closer to the screen. "...I know that I can!" Satire cut the screen off. Abu entered the bridge. "Don't worry, we shall defeat this enemy." soothed Abu. "I know..." Satire was cut short when Jun rushed int the room. "Your highness, our fleet station on the outskirts of New Mombasa has been attacked! What are your orders?!" Satire held up a hand. "We shall defeat this enemy." said Satire, winking at Abu. "Rolum... take us to the city." Spoke Satire to a Zealot in Ascetic armor piloting the ship. "Yes your holyness, it shall be done."

Debriefing

  • Bradtanus [boss]

He is the leader of the Fleet of Resloution. The fleet was discontinued after his death.

  • For all useful combat tips refer to the strategy guide.
  • Bradtanus has a massive 300 health points.
  • His only weapon is a Plasma Cannon, although he may occasionally punch you at close quarters combat.

  • Arrow Cannon
  • 200 shots

Much similar to the Plasma Cannon, although it is strictly for Brute use only.

  • Has a much higher accuracy rating than most support weapons.

  • Chopper
  • 1 passenger

There is really no poetry to a Chopper, it is an inhumane instrument of death.

  • When it comes to lightwight vehicles, this is the alpha.
  • It's only real downside is its slow turn speed.

  • Wraith
  • 2 Passengers

It's just an obese Ghost.

  • You should try to board these whenever the moment presents itself.

Juggernaut

Take back the city from the Covenant.

Plot

As soon as the level starts you are in the turret seat of a Wratih. You can't shoot or anything but you can look around. As soon as the Wraith stops you hop out automatically. You start out on a platform and are greeted by three Elites. "Abu, come with us, the mongrels are trying to break our air support!" Follow the Elite off the pltform and onto a street where you see many wounded. Satire will speak through your comm link. "Warrior, where is your lance?" "Destroyed, by the traitors on that bridge." (If you follow his finger you will see Hunters fighting other Hunters. "Or there are survivors." said the Elite suprised. "Abu, you need to eliminate all enemy artillary before going to rescue that strike team, do you understand? This is very important." Follow the Elite through a building until you come out onto a bridge. There will be many Brutes, Ghosts, and Banshees attacking you. There is a Fuel Rod Cannon nearby, you can use this to take out the Vehicles and there is also a Brute Shot that you can use to kill the Brutes. As soon as all enemies are dead run over and board the AA wraith. Pilot it and take out all of the Banshees before moving on. You have two more AA wraiths to kill. Cross the bridge to a ruined motel. Here Infantry presence is heavy. Greet the bastards with grenades and your Brute Shot and if they get to close, introduce them to your Bayonette. When you exit the hotel you come out onto another Bridge with and AA wraith on it and it connects to a rooftop with another AA wraith on it. Kill the Chieftain and his Brutes, don't forget to grab his Hammer to kill the remaining Infantry. Whence they are all destroyed board the AA wraith and use it to kill the other one. From the rooftop where the third wraith was procede down a ramp into the interior of the building, the top floor. The layout of this arena is much like the Halo 2 mutilplayer map "Ivory Tower", and Brutes, Grunts, Jackal, and even a swarm of Drones are abundant here. Once all of the enemies are dead a Brute Chieftain and two Hunters will be deployed. Greet the Chieftain with grenades and your Hammer, but watch out for the more dangerous Hunters. Once all of the enemies are dead, trade you old Hammer for a new one and take the Hunter's Fuel Rod Beam as your support weapon. When you exit the building on the lower floor you'll find yourself on that bridge that Elite pointed to earlier. Sure enough two Hunters are fighting two other Hunters. The ones with the Green Fuel Rod Beams are the enemies. The ones with the red are on your side, don't worry about killing them though as they are NPCs, Ivee and Zoee, bond sisters, and are therefore unable to be killed. Use your Fuel Rod Beam to kill the Hunters. After this a cutscene showing a Covenant cruiser sweep low over the city, so low infact that it knocks a few buildings down. A scarab falls from it and hits hard on the ground, along with two AA wraiths. Gameplay: Don't jump off the bridge just yet. There are several Brutes operating Beam Turrets, kill them and operate on of them. They are simply a mounted version of the Hunter's weapon. Use this to destroy the Scarab's shielding on its legs. Once all of the shields are disabled a functional Banshee will crash behind you. Let go of the turret and get into the Banshee. Fly cirles around the Scarab's legs, shooting at the unshielded parts until it falls. Then, land the Banshee on it and get into it. Look for the core, and fire at it until it starts smoking, when it does this it is invulnerable, so, wait until it stops smokng and then fire again. When it starts beeping and blinking red, get out immediately. Once the scarab blows a Cutscene showing a portal open and a ruined UNSC frigate crash behind some buildings. You soon learn that this is bad when The Arbiter comes over your comm system and speaks these words. "By the rings, it's... the In Amber Clad."

  • Scarab [Boss]

Arachnophobes have it all wrong, you see, absolut mind-numbing terror has only four legs.

  • For useful tips see the strategy guide.
  • The Legs have 40 health each.
  • The Shields have 100 health each.
  • The core has 200 health.

  • Hunter (Defense Unit)

When you say big, bad, and blue... you're probably taling about Hunters.

  • Defense Units are standard Hunters, the ones you've encountered in all of the previous Halo games, we'll talk about the other ones later.
  • Their weak spot is their back, they portect this with a giant alloy shield.
  • Once you hit them in their weak spot, they have 150 Health.
  • Thes hulks drop the mighty Fuel Rod Beam, that can be used as a Support Weapon.

  • Fuel Rod Cannon

5 rods, 25 total

  • The Covenant equivalent of the SPNKr Rocket Launcher, and can turn a normal infantry man, into a walking tank.
    • Is best used against vehicles.
    • It is also very useful against Hunters, and Chieftains.

  • Fuel Rod Beam

5 shots

  • The one, the only.
    • This weapon will destory just about anything.
    • Possibly this only weapons drawback is that you have to kill Hunters to get one.

Cleansing

Activate the Clad's engine core, dstroy the city, or risk losing the entire planet.

Plot

You start out this level with a Carbine and a Needler. Go back the way you came in the previous level, although the leyout is rather similar the atmosphere of this level is noticably different. You will come onto the first bridge to hear creatures in the distance, you will find out what these are shortly. When you come to the building that is like Ivory Tower you will see part of the ship has broken off and landed inside of the tower. It has three crago bay doors, two are open and the one on the end is closed. When you go to the end of the of the one that is closed it will begin to bulge outwards. Surprise! The Flood are back, several Human Combat Forms will jump out of the door along with some Infection Forms to attack you. The Combat Forms' weakness is their chest, as soon as they are all dead, go to the second bridge where you will encounter a new enemy. Several dead Elites will come back to life to attack you, along with some Human and Infection Forms. Kill these and make sure you swap eaither your Needler or your Carbine for the Energy Sword here. When you enter the hotel here it is not the ambush zone you knew in the first level, it is now a tunnel of nightmares. Watch out for Combat Forms that unknowingly jump from the ceiling. When you set foot onto the final bridge. The Arbiter will come over you comm system once more: "Abu, have you found the crashite yet? You must hurry, the flood are spreading faster then I had thought." Here there are Flood Humans, Elites, and Brutes. Kill them and when you enter the building kill the flood there and jump down, here the road has been opened to show a peice of the In Amber Clad. This is infact the Clad itself, there is a hole for you to enter through. The Clad is at an almost verticle angle. Jump down the hole and kill all the dead bodies here before the flood have a chance to infect them. Then you will most likely be interrupted by Gravemind himself. "You are not welcome here. The essence of the infinite devil machine fuels... the fear." Kill any remaining bodies and jump through the next hole. You will find yourself in the reactor core, shoot at it multiple times to disable its shielding, at which point Gravemind will reinterrupt you. "What is this hatred, that drives the sinner? And yet, in my game, you are still, but a... beginner." Finish off the core to trigger a cutscene showing a Phantom fly away from the crahssite. Cut to: Atmosphere, we see the Phantom exiting Earth's atmosphere, and below we can also see a faint glow appear in the clouds and then spread for miles, obviously the city being destroyed... whats left of it that is.

  • All Infection Forms have 1 health point, but they come in massive numbers.

The Dreadnaut

Board the Forerunner ship known as Dreadnaut, in an attempt to kill the Prophet of Truth.

Plot

A cutscene showing a Phantom enter the bottom of the Forerunner Dreadnaut is the opening of this level. "Abu, we need you to find Truth, kill him, whatever the cost." You start this level off in a Phantom. As soon as you see Covenant step onto the circular platform, follow suit. It will open and you will be lowered onto a platform. Feel free to look around the room, in the center is a tower, you can't go here just yet. You are on a balcony that stretches the length of the ship, and your starting weapons are a Beam Rifle and a Carbine. You will be greeted by Jun. "Abu, eyes on, I see multiple hostiles down there." Follow his finger to see a platoon of Brutes, Grunts, and Jackal patrolling around the entrance to a structure. "I'll let you take the first shot, but make it quick, my trigger finger's getting twitchy." Aim for the highest ranking Brute's skull and insert some blue goodness in place of his helmet. If your quick you can score another headshot on that Jackal Sniper posistioned above the entrance. Get headshots on all of the Grunts and Jackal with your Carbine and destroy the turret emplcements with your grenades. Your ready to move on, but before you do the gate will open and a swarm of about 20 Drones will pour out of the entrance. Swap your Carbine for a Needler and take care of them, make sure you keep your beam rifle, you'll thank me as soon as you enter the structure. Once inside immediatly turn left and head up the ramp. Take posistion behind the Covenant Barricade, your first kill should be the Jackal sniper camping on top of the Forerunner glyph covered pillar. Once you take him out immediatly take out the Grunts operating the Shades. If you swapped your Beam Rifle instead this could be a little tricky as the Grunts operating the Shades are artillary Grunts and require two headshots from anything other than a Beam Rifle or Snapper. Once the biggest threats in the room (Shades and Jackal Snipers)have been dispatched, you can focus on sniping out the Brutes, Grunts, and Jackal that are positioned below, your allies should be a rather good distraction. Head up the next ramp and into the second floor room, kill the Grunt patrolling here with a swift melee attack to the back of the head. Before you go out grab the new equipment here, called cloaking, you'll need it at the end of this level. You will find yourself on a Forerunner-esque bridge once you go through the next door. You will be greeted by a Brute Chieftain with a Fuel Rod Cannon who will retreat through a door which will lock and several Brutes will cloak and onrush you, firing wildly with Brute Maulers, these new enmies are called, Stalkers. By using your Needler you can kill them rather quickly. As soon as they are dead the door that the Brute Chieftain ran through will open, allowing you to continue. Note: The Brute Chieftain that ran through the door had a Fuel Rod Cannon, this is not normal. This is a sign that you should look out for him later on in the level, and watch your back. On the otherside of the door you will find yourself in a lot filled with AA wraiths and the new AA ghosts. As soon as you set foot on the platform you will be greeted by two Brute Prowlers whom will try to impede your progress. Quickly run over and grab the Brute Shot (preferably switching your needler) and immediatly take out the Gunners. Once they are dead, focus on taking out the drivers. Immediatly switch to your Beam Rifle after doing this and take out the gunners in the wraiths and the Artillary Grunts driving the Ghosts. After doing this hop into a Prolwer and wait for your allies to hop in. Drive over to the wraiths and use Guerilla warfare to dismember and nuetralize the Wraiths. As soon as they have been destroyed your new objective is through the gate on the other side of the lot. Enter the gate but take out the Drone swarm that ambushes you through the entrance. Inside the entrance is a room very similar to the one at the beggining of this level. The only difference here is the Brute Chieftain with the Fuel Ro... wait... uh oh. As soon as you enter the room a cutscene will play showing him hit a panel on the wall. "So Abu..." The Brute will say. "... you thought you could kill my brother and get away with it?" "You will meet the same demise." "Will I?" The panel he pushed activated a door which he escapes through. It locks behind him and another door opens on the other side of the room and three Brute Chieftains with Gravity Hammers will immediatly activate thier Invincibility and rush at you. You have two options here. A: Run and hide, wait for their Inviniciblty to where off, or. B: Die I would go for A. Run up the ramp and through the door on the second floor. Jump up onto the balcony and run all the way to your right. Chieftains can't jump so your safe. After about 10 seconds run out and immediatly greet them with grenades. Once one of them is dead grab its Hammer and us it against the remaining two. After they are all dead another swarm of Drones will enter through the balcony door, kill 'em. When you arrive on the second bridge you will be greeted by Jumppack Brutes. Kill them and procede through the door at the other end of the bridge. Once through the door you will find an elevator in front of you. Get on and ride to the top. At the top there will be a large bay where Elites and Brutes are fighting. There will be a giant, pane glass window on the other side of the room which will be shattered by Banshees that will come in and immediatly start shooting at each other, at which point a scarab will come in through the window and start shooting at your troops. Grab a Banshee and land on the Scarab. You will be greeted by a Brute Chieftain and some Jackal. After killing them a door will burst iopen in the floor of the Scarab and the Brute known as Kanegentrus will immediatly start firing at you with his Fuel Rod Cannon. He may have crimson armor like the other Brute Chieftains but he is more powerful and skilled. Jump up onto the third level deck and start fiirng at him with your Brute Shot until his power armor fails. Thsi could take awhile as you have to constantly dodge incoming fuel rod acnnon shots while firing at him from cover. Once it fails immediatly run in and hit him with you Hammer, it is basscially the same strategy with Bratanus except he has way more hit point capacity. Once he is dead the shield protecting the ore will be lowered and you can go in and destroy the scrab. Take the banshee and fly out of the broken glass window. Your new target is three shield generators that create a dome-like shield around teh Dreadnaut. Disabling this would allow Fleet Admiral Lord Hood's ships a strait shot at the Dreadnaut's weak spot. Fly up to a cylindircal structure jutting off of the Tower (known as the Apex) and land on the pad at the end of it. You will be accompanied by Jun who will arrive by Phantom along with several other Jackal. They will stay back and snip enemies that try to ambush you. The room has maps of all of the rings in it, and is basically a long bridge. Upon arrival you will be assailed upon by Grunts, Brutes, enemy Jackal, and a Drone swarm. upon these numbers are some Brute Stalkers aswell. Through the next door you will find yourself in a room with a hologram of a Brute in crimson armor. This is Hankus. A ctuscne/ flashback will start showing Abu as a young elite. We see him fighting a brute, presumably Hankus, in an arena. "You giving up?" asked Hankus. "Not a chance." Abu rushed in but was thrown up against the wall by Hankus. Abu got up and rahsed at him again, but the Brute just laughed as Abu pounded on the Brute with all his might at his chest. Hankus grabbed Abu's fist out of midair stratchted it back, wrapped his arm around Abu's throat, and then tossed him into the air and kicked him out of midair, sending him reeling into another wall. Abu was humiliated infront of a million Covenant, and Abu would have his revenge. The cutscene ends: exit through the door opposite the one you entered through and you will be attacked by several Jumpapck Brutes, kill them and procede further down the bridge, make sure that you kil the Grunts with Fuel Rod Cannons before they kill your Jackals. A Brute Chieftain will enter through the door at the end. Take one of the Fuel Rod Cannons off the dead Grunts and kill him and take his Gravity Hammer. Once inside the second room you will see Hankus once again giving a speech. Exit through the other door and run all the way to the end of the bridge. Here you will find three glowing pillars surounding the platform at the end of the bridge. As soon as you destroy these a cutscene will play showing a bright beam emite from the Dreadnaut in fire a beam into the sky. A bright blue orb appears in the sky just as a ship comes flying through a portal, fragments fly off of it and hit the Dreadnat, just as it flies through the portal.

Debriefing

  • Kanegentrus [boss]

Loyal brother to Bradtanus, you killed Bradtanus, he wants you dead.

  • For all useful combat tips refer to the strategy guide.
  • Kanegentrus has a massive 450 health points.
  • His only weapon is a Fuel Rod Cannon, although he may occasionally Hit you with it at close quarters combat.

  • Prowler
  • 4 passengers

Mount up, just watch out for boarders.

  • It can hold alot of troops, so it is very urgent that you equip your marines with the best weapons.

  • AA Ghost

Basically a Ghost, just with two gigantic cannons on its sides.

  • Be careful at close range, it may be slower than your average Ghost, but it can still run you over.

  • Snapper
  • 5 rounds, 20 total

The Brutes answer to the Beam Rifle.

  • It is less accurate than the beam rifle but can fire more times than it.
  • It is the has the lngest range of any of the other Brute weapons.
  • Its viscous melee attack can remove Brute Power Armor in a single hit!

  • Mauler
  • 5 rounds, 20 total

On one hand its a weaker version of the shotgun, but in two hands, it is a formidable opponent to even that of the mighty Energy Sword.

  • Firing the Mauler at enemies at long range is akin to insulting their mother, its hot air, and noise and its going to make them angry.
  • The best strategy is to hide behind a pillar or around a corner and wait for the enmy to show its ugly face and pump them full of lead.

  • Banshee

Use it to rain hell down upon your enemies.

  • The Banshee has a mighty fuel rod cannon attachment, use it against heavy artillary.
  • It can also do flips, hold down a and move the thumbstick in the direction you want.

The Apex

Find Hankus, let nothing stand in your way.

Plot

You start this level out with the weapons you had from the last level, this should be a Fuel Rod Cannon, and a Gravity Hammer, if not, find some. As soon as you make your way back across the bridge you'll see that a ship fragment of that ship that came through the portal has landed inside of this building. Out of it will come flood, vaporize them and get back to your Banshee. You will see many Covenant fighting Flood, ignore them and fly up to an entrance at the Apex. When you land and enter you will be greeted by a new Hunter. There are four of them so watch out for their close range attacks. Once they are dead head through the other door and you will find yourself on a platform over looking a massive battle going on down in a cylindrical chamber. There are two scarabs fighting Flood operated Banshees and AA wratihs, amongst othe rCovenant AA vehicles. Go up the ramp to your right and take one of the Banshees. You will need to board the first Scarab and go about the usual routine. Once you have killed bothe Scarabs the platform in the middle will begin to raise. Ride this platform until it reaches the scond floor, which is not an easy task. Flood will rain down from above and continue to attack you, and the elevator moves so slow your thinking, "Man my grandma could move faster then this." But when it does reach the top you'll find your truobles are far from over... very far from over. Waiting at the top of the elevator is an army of Covenant, Hunters, Brute, Grunts, the like. An army of Flood Including a new type called *pure* forms. And four scarabs have fun! Kill all the ground infantry that stand between you and a Banshee and take to the air, the firt two should be easy but the last to have flood on them so be careful disabling the last tow. Once they are dead a gate will open on the far side. Fly up to this and enter it. Go down the empty hallway until you come to a door. Whe you enter it a cutscene will play. Abu walks up to it and he'll hear snarling on the other side. Abu will burst through the door, plasma rifle at the ready, only to discover nothing on the other side. He relaxes a little bit, only to have a mossive shape appear behind him. Natt Joro will hit Abu sending him flying into the far wall. Abu will get up and gameplay will begin. You start the battle off with no shields so immediatly dodge his Fuel Rod Beam shot. Fire at him with your Fuel Rod Cannon to get him angry and come charging at you, he runs fast so you'll have to be fast. When he swipes at you immediatly sidestep backup, turn around, and fire at his weakspot as many times as possible. After doing this about three times a cutscene showing Natt slam both his arms together will play. His arms will trnasform into a giant sowrd with Beam Energy radiating off of it. He will immediatly at the start of this second battle, leap into the air and slam his sword at the ground. Doge out of the way and fire at him until he staggers backwards. Then shoot at his weakspot, if you run out of ammo there are Fuel Rod Cannons in a weapon crate behind you. When you have damaged him enough a cutscene will play showing the door that locked behind you, bulge inward. Two Hunters and a Jackal will come through the entrance, none other than the two Hunters Ivee, and Zoee, and the Jackal is none other than ol' Jun. Natt will run at Jun who does a flip in the air and lands on a glass chandelier who hangs there and shoots Natt in a small glowing area in his head, causing his head to explode, and thus, causing him to explode. Jun will jump down. "What took you so long..." "There is no time for chat Abu, find Hankus..." Jun will plce his hand on Abu's shoulder. "...and kick his ass." Abu nods and exits through the door on the other side of the hall. When Abu enters the door, Ivee and Zoee will follow. They will nod there heads and Abu will step forward. "Hankus!" Cut to: We see none other than Hankus bent over some sort of control panel, possibly flying the Dreadnaut. "So nice of you to join us." "Us?" Several Brutes lead by three brute chieftains will come out of three doorways, and Hankus will step up onto a shielded platform, and the battle will begin. There will be a ledge you can jump on. Jump up there to defend yourself from the Chieftains and immediatly go berserk firing your Fuel Rod Cannon into the crowd of Brutes. Finish them off with grenades. As soon as that is taken care of fire at the Chieftains, and you can always hit them with your Gravity Hammer. Ivee and Zoee can't help as they're trapped behind a shiled barrier. As soon as the last Brute falls Hankus will jump off his pedestal and run after you. Make sure you have you Hammer at the ready as he can swing his Energy Sword very fast. When you have gotten him down to let's say 325 health he'll jump back ontop of his "pedestal" and more Brutes will come out. Use the same tactics as before to kill them when Hankus jums down it is the final showdown. Hankus will leap into the air occasionally and zip down at you. If you are hit you will be killed instantaniously. Instead sidestep and pelt him with grenades. You'll know when the battle is over. The cutscene will play showing Abu backing up firing at Hankus with a Plasma Rifle and then scrambling up ontop of a pillar. Hankus grabs Abu by the foot. "It is over Abu, the Great Journey begins... now!" Abu fires at a certain control panel on the wall and Hankus lets go. "Pah! What did that do?" Abu nods his head and Hankus turns around to see Ivee standing there. "Oh! So.. uh hee hee, thats what that panel does." Ivee smears Hankus against the wall, killing him. Ivee holds out her shield for leverage to help Abu up. Abu runs over to the panel and deactivates it shutting down the ship. Abu speaks into his comm system. "Arbiter, where is Truth?" spoke Abu. "Not to worry, he has been killed by my hand. The flood, have sided with us to help us kill him." replied Arbiter. "So, it's finished?" replied Abu. "I don't know, did you kill Hankus?" Yes, he is dead. "Um, Arbiter we have a big problem." Siad Master Chief in the background. "MauhaHAHAHAHAHAH!!!" Abu heard a monstrous voice in the background. "Abu! Get out of there, the Flood, The Gravemind used us!" Wrned Arbiter. Abu nodded and ran out. Cut to: Incorruptable. EXT: We see a Phantom flying towards it. Cut to: Incorruptable. Control Center: We see Codee, Salos, and a Grunt named Zayak talking about low funds. A door opens and Abu enter the room and plobs down in a hover chair. "Abu! So nice of you to join us!" exclamed Zayak. "We were getting worried, with the Flood and all." Stated Codee. "Yeah, wouldn't want you going Flood on our ass...""Where is Utra?"Abu said, interrupting Salos. "I dunno, the Elite said he was going on a trip... " "Trip!? Where?!" "He said he going to the old place." A distance expression appeared on Abu's face. "High Charity." spoke Abu under his breath. And he then ran out of the room. "Hey! Abu? Where you going?" Said a confused Zayak.

  • AA Prowler
  • 4 passengers

Mount up, just watch out for boarders.

  • It can hold alot of troops, so it is very urgent that you equip your marines with the best weapons.

  • AA Shade

Basically a Shade, just with two gigantic cannons on its sides.

  • Be careful at close range, it may shoot slower than your average Shade, but it can still kill you.

  • Grunt Stalker

Basically a Grunt, only it is invisible.

  • Watch out when they gang up on you, they are usually lead by a Brute Stalker.
  • They have 10 health.

  • Hunter Infiltration Unit

Hunter Infiltrators have a Fuel Rod Cannon instead of a Fuel Rod Beam, they are red, and have no spikes. They are believed to be higher in rank than Hunter Defense Units, used more like equipment than soldiers.

  • Hunter Defense Units ussually work in teams. It is a must that you watch you back when going up against a Infiltrator.
  • They also have a staggering 300 health.

  • Pure Forms

Pure Forms are what happens to an Infection Form when it its puberty.

    • Scout Forms are the most mobile of the three Pure Forms, you should kill the in this stage before they mutate into one of the two more annoying Pure Forms.
      • Scout Forms have 25 health.
    • Heavy Forms have the highest health of any pure form, and they can also spawn Infection Forms, aim for their face... except when they hold their arm infront of it, that's when you need some Napalm Grenades.
      • Heavy Forms have 100 health.
    • Artillary Forms are the least mobile of the three. They are also the only Pure Form that can attack from long range, use long range weapons and aim for the face.
      • Artillary Forms have 50 health.

High Charity

Find Utra, or die trying

Plot

The opening cutscene of this level shows High Chratiy in the distance. A banshee zips by the camera. A long pause and then a Phantom zooms by also. The Phantom crashes and out of it step Jun, Abu, Codee, and Salos. Abu steps up to a gap and Codee hits him on the shoulder. "Didn't think you were going alone did you?" Abu nods and they jump down. Gameplay: You start this level out with an Energy Sword and a Needler. Watch out for the Reproduction Forms (which are the leshy sacs on the wall), they'll pop and release a whole lot of Infection Forms to bug you. Go down the flesh tunnel and Gravemind will interrogate you. "So you came for the old one, he is my prisoner, yes. Whom only the guards can free." Ignore this and procede through the sphincter-like oriface. In this next room the Reproduction Forms will pop against your will, and the Infection Forms will infect the dead Elites and the Brute Chieftain in the corner, be careful, he has a Hammer. Once they are dead take his Hammer and proced through the next opening. In this next room are you will catch a glimpse of the chief just as he shoots a Combat Form and runs through the next entrance. In this room is a Pelican crashed through the roof and a multidued of Human, Elite, and Brute combat forms. Use the Fuel Rod Beam in the corner to your advantage. Once all of the enmies are dead stock up on ammunition before you drop through the porta in the floor. This is a long tube like shaft that the infection forms use to get around quickly in this Flood 'hive'. When you arrive at the bottom a nother sphincter door will open and you will land in a room that looks as though it is a nursery, the walls a caked with Reproduction Forms and Infection Forms are en masse on the floor. As soon as they see you they will immediately begin infecting bodies. There are pillars for you to take cover behind. As soon as you kill the last enemy the covenant door on the other side of the room will begin to bulge inward and it will brake and in will come three new enemies. These are a variant of Pure Form known as Heavy Forms. Once they are dead go through the door and here you will encounter a *Flood* equipment, activating this will cause you to momentarily turn into a Flood, when you first activate this Gravemind will taunt you, "You see, you are with me. You were meant to be like us." It will also turn all flood around you into allies, allowing you to simply run past them. Activate this when you come into the host gallery as there are Combat Forms and Pure Forms. The reason I cal this the Host Gallery is because there are bodies floating inside the fluid filled bubbled inside the walls. If you shoot them they will not break. The next room is a cavernous host chamber three stories high. Flood are abundant on the floors and will occasionally jump down to figt you but more often tghan not theyll simply stand up there and shoot at you. They are quite easy targets so grab a Crabine from a weapons disepnser nad snipe the ones on the sonce and thrid floor out with it and take care of the ones on the bottom with your Energy Sword. The entrnace is on the top floor. Through the entrance you will find yourself in a host room so big it looks as though it is several kilometers tall. Don't fall though as you make your through the room of souls. At the end you will see, inside of a bubble a familiar face. A cutscene will play showing Abu plce his hand on the Coffin-like bubble and fall to his knees. "Utra", yes it is, Abu will activate his Energy Sword and stab Utra's deformed body from outside the bubble. You now have to go back the way you came. When you go back into the previous room the floor will explode allwoing you to jump down into a room with a window that looks out over the engine room. You will see The Master Chief destroying the engine cores with A Brute Shot. He will run out and this is a good sign that you need to run aswell. Make a beeline through the next two rooms of Flood and you will fall through the next room and land in the room with the pelican in it. Your allies will be waiting for you. Go inside the pelican to end the level. The level ends showing the Pelican flying away from High Charity as it explodes. 1 day later: We see Incorruptable hovering above Earth. Abu walks up to Satire. "So, the Spartan did it after all." "Yes, he destroyed the Ark, and all of the Halos. What will you do now, Ship Master?" Abu grinned. "I think i'll go visit the Arbiter at Sangheilios."

Sangheilios

It followed me home.

Plot

The opening cutscene of this level is an over look of Sangsheilios. We can clearly see that most of the planet is encassed in a giant city, which is strangely enough, shaped like a Marathon logo. Then a ship comes by the camera, The Incorruptable. It flies to an uninhabited part of the Planet, kind of like a desert, this is Geidi Prime, the Sangheili slums. The ship lands and the grav lift opens up and Abu hovers down, followed by Jun, Codee, and Salos. There are multiple hovel-like buildings and the Arbiter steps out of one of these. "Ah, Abu, so nice of you to join us brother, and I can see we have some guests. I am dreadfully sorry about Utra..." "Don't worry Arbiter, he's is in a better place now." Said Abu, cutting off The Arbiter." "You are now promoted to Ship Master of the Incorruptable, in my honor. Step forth Ship Master Abu, and donn your new Armor..." Right as the Arbiter says this a ship comes crashing into the atmosphere and hits down in a canyon about east of the town. "All elites, you come with me! R'tas! You stay here and guard the town, alert me of anything suspicious!" R'tas nods his head and Gameplay begins. Follow The Arbiter through the city until The Arbiter gets an incoming message about Flood commandeering Scarabs. You learn that the Flood came from the ship... or ship fragment that crashed in the Canyon. Go to the top of a building and Flood infected Elites will drop from the canyon above you. Kill them and hop in the Banshee and head toward the canyon. You will eventually find multiple Elite strike teams under heavy fire from two sure enough Flood piloted Scarabs. Use your tactics for deafeating other Scarabs to deafeat these. Flood will also attack you in Banshees so watch the skies. Once both Scarabs are dead follow the Canyon until you see smoke. Around the corner is a crashed piece of a UNSC frigate, thank god that it isn't In Amber Clad. When you land your Banshee on it a cutscene will play showing Abu get out of his Banshee and walk over to a dust covered name. Abu will blow the dust away to reveal the name "Forward Unto Dawn". Cut to: Forward Unto Dawn, INT. Abu will jumo down through a hole. We see him round a corner and we hear crying. He walks down a hall and it gets louder, as he walks further down the hall, the crying gets even louder, we can now hear it is a woman crying... or is it? Abu comes to a broken door and he kicks it in and jumps into the room, Plasma Rifle at the ready and he lowers it. We see a blue glow. "He's d... dead." says a familiar voice. "Who is?" replies Abu. "The Chief..." Cut to: Cortana. We can clearly see it is her. She was kneeling down, staring at the body of the Chief and she stand up and looks at Abu. "I am UNSC AI serial number CTN 0452-9, but you can just call me Cortana." replied Cortana. "Well Cortana, I had better get you to..." "No, I want to stay here a little bit long..." Cortana is cut off when a Flood Jumps down and wraps its big ugly tentacles around Abu's neck. "I'M BACK... SINNER!!!!!" Abu grabs the parasite up and throws it against the wall only to have it crushed beneath a half a ton of green steel... wait... GREEN?! "Is it, you... or am I just going crazy?" Says Cortana, her arms crossed. Then we see him. The Master Chief stands up and Halo theme starts playing. "How ever did you survive Spartan?" asks Abu. "I guess I just got lucky."rplies Spartan-117 as he plces Cortana's chip in his head. Cut to: Dawn, EXT. Abu climbs out of the hole and helps Master Chief up. As he gts up we see a close up on his helmet and we see the reflection of Sangheilios' morining sunrise reflected in his visor. "Where am I Abu?" asks Chief. "My homeworld." As Abu says this two Banshees land and out of one steps the Arbiter and out of another steps R'tas Vadum. "So Spartan, I see you jumped again." says the Arbiter and as he says this we cut to a close up on the Chiefs face and Halo theme music begins to play, and then the credit roll.
