While Powergirl recieves an message from a scientist who needs her with something, she flies off in a hury. She meets the man who gave her the message. Powergirl went into his underwater lab as he offers Powergirl a seat. She sits down and the man pressed a button that pins Powergirl's arms and legs to the chair, and the shackles were made of kryptonite. There was also a green energy ring encircling around her midsection.
