Thomas Fan Fictions Season 2 Is the second Thomas and Friends Fan Fictions Series season and will feature 27 episodes and air in March - April 2014.

- Diesel 10 And Paxton - Diesel 10 despises how Paxton is nice to steam engines so he decides to take advantage of him.
- Eddie and Toby's Old Wise Engine Team - Edward and Toby decide to make their own team.
- Listen To Charlie!! - Emily has to hang out with Charlie for the day but she is tired of listening to Charlie's boring jokes while doing their work.
- Stephen The Jet Engine - Stephen is the fastest engine on Sodor and Gordon and Spencer are jealous so they decide to play a trick on him, they couple him up to a jet engine hoping Stephen will go too fast and slip off the icy tracks and derail disgracefully.
- Happy Little Helpers (episode) - It's Christmas and the little engines have to help out while the the big engines (Henry, Gordon and James) go on strike.
- Flora's Christmas Delivery - Flora has to bring Christmas supplies to Callan Castle but she longs for new cowcatchers.
- No Transportation For Freddie - Freddie has to go to Misty Island for a Christmas Tree but all the standard gauge engines are far too busy to take him.
- Norman The Left Out Engine - Norman keeps on breaking down while he delivers Christmas decorations and keeps on having to go to the diesel works to get fixed making him left out.
- It's Not Fair!! - All the engines argue because they get jobs they despise and go on strike in Vicarstown Sheds while the Knadford Shed engines take over.
- Alfie Overloads - Alfie has a nightmare one night and keeps on thinking about so much he accidentally overloads Percy's, Bill and Ben's trucks making life hard for them.
- Welsh Coal or Regular Coal? - Workmen think Henry still needs welsh coal so they fill him up with welsh coal but really Henry doesn't need welsh coal anymore making life hard for him Victor and Kevin feels sorry and they try to help him.
- The World's Second Strongest Engine - Diesel knows he isn't the "strongest" engine so he tries to be second strongest hoping nothing hilarious (to the steam engines) happens.
- The Fourth Wall - Stafford tells Percy about the fourth wall and knows about Thomas The Tank Engine And Friends show which only Thomas, Stafford, Harold and The Fat Controller know about and Percy starts breaking it so much the people who help with doing Thomas episodes quit and no more episodes are being filmed and Percy has to put everything right.
- A Website For Sodor - A website for Sodor is being made.
- Taxes For Miss Jenny - Miss Jenny has pay too many taxes she can't tell the pack what to do and the foreman is unwell which leaves the pack unsure what to do.
- Toby's New Coach - Henretta is being repaired so Toby has to use a new coach.
- Thomas' Trusty Friends 2 (episode) - Oliver thinks Alfie is replacing him because all his work is given to Alfie making him left out.
