Tucker is one of the dogs in Biscuit the Little Yellow Puppy. He arrived in Tucker.
Arrival:
Tucker was found beneath a damp mud puddle, & gets spotted by Biscuit in one of the 1997 webisodes. He was found again in 1998 after he is pushed into thorns.
He arrived to Staten Island in 1996.
