  • It centers on Wario, Jimmy T. and Jimmy P., Dribble and Spitz, Mona, 9-Volt and 18-Volt, Dr. Crygor, Mike The Karaoke Robot and Penny Crygor, Orbulon, Ashley, Young Cricket and Master Mantis, Vanessa and Sal Out. Introduced in this installment is Waluigi and Mona's Band friends Art (voiced by Elizabeth Daily) and Deco (voiced by Billy West).
