1. You must have clearly labeled "Recycle" trash cans.
2. "Recycle" labeled trash must be delivered to your city's waste management recycling initiative (i.e. in my neighborhood in Phoenix they pick up recycled trash on Tuesdays).
3. All paper with a blank side must be converted into a "Green Pad" for use as scratch paper.
