great role in many Christian religious rituals and has many mentions in the bible.

“Christ comes in water, blood, and spirit witnessing to one god”(john 5:6-8).

“He commands watery baptism in the name of the father, the son, and the holy spirit” (Matthew 28:19) “we were buried with him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the father, even so we also should walk in the newness of life”(roman 6:4).
