Every house has 46megs available. So each house can watch any or all cameras at the same time via their DsLam while doing a Voip(SaVoipProvider) call. The operator who watches the CctvCameras 24hour a day, can himself be watched by any house. There is no limit to what network configuration can be implemented once the 46megs DsLam is available from a TelephoneNetworkRollout.
